Lots of facilities and air con worked well

- location and the grounds are very impressive - easy access to cycle routes and nearby lakes - decent breakfast and nice to have the option to sit outside in the sunshine - decor of the communal hotel areas very nice and modern

- creased sheet on one of the beds; this really stood out next to the sheet on the other half of the double bed - noise from the kitchen thunders up the walls and is hard to ignore. There was no phone in the room but when we went downstairs around 10 to ask what the noise was, we were told it was the kitchen extractor fans and that the noise would stop at 10.30- it did not - on the second morning, we were woken up at 4am by a lorry delivering to the kitchen/restaurant. The engine noise and the loud speaking of the delivery personnel/ staff were not welcome at such an early hour - despite being in an area popular with cyclists, there was nowhere to charge the e-bikes and no effort was made by reception staff to offer a solution when we enquired

The room was full of mosquitoes Too hot in room Sink in bathroom needs to unblocked - unpleasant odor. The safe in bedroom was locked / could not be opened. Bar / lounge area not very well separated from dining area.
