Un Verger dans la Ville

Het was een ruime kamer met een mooie douche. De kunst aan de muur maakt het uniek. Er is een grote tuin wat fijn voor de hond was.

Het ontbijt was erg sober voor het bedrag wat je moet betalen. Ik zou volgende keer zonder ontbijt bestellen. Er was geen airconditioning op de kamer, het was best warm.

We needed an overnight stop to break up a long journey so this was a great location for that and good value. Parking in gated courtyard, very welcoming host, facilities were everything we needed for a short stay. Lots of artwork that added character to the property.

Location was good for a stopover, with private onsite parking for about 3-4 cars. The property was tastefully decorated and the landlady was friendly.

1. The pouffe in the room was extremely dusty. Sink and surrounding area was stained. Shower tray was pink and grimy. The toilet could do with a good scrub. 2. Landlady said she could provide us with gluten-free options as I’m a coeliac. All I had was a GF baguette, unfortunately it was served in the same chopping board next to a normal baguette with a knife bread knife used to cut both. All utensils inside the jam pots and butter knife would have touched other baguettes and croissant. So all I could have was a pot of yogurt and a cup of tea. All for €10.
