Great priced, decent hotel, perfect for a stopover.

Simple hotel for stopover in really easy location. Touch screen check in which worked absolutely fine. Located in a quiet area so motorbike felt safe parked outside main door. Breakfast was quite good and the lady who constantly kept on top of maintaining and topping up the breakfast food should be mentioned. I’ve been in similar setups and by 9am most food is finished- not here.

Big apartment, secure parking was excellent, friendly staff. A bit unusual it is in a retirement home, but wasn’t a problem for us. We were just stopping through for one night and it was good for that purpose, great value. Great location to explore Troyes, which we loved.

Nice location and an easy walk to all town food, sight and drinks. Lots of coffee and wine, whatever takes your fancy.

The property was cheap relative to other offerings around. I arrived with my father in law to reception where there a large number of elderly people in the adjoining room, I believe it’s an old people’s home. After we laughed about where I had taken him we found the accommodation spacious, basic but clean. If you are looking for simple, safe, convenient location I would recommend. Maybe not if you are trying to impress your partner for the weekend.

This is not our first stay here. We like the location to the town centre and convenience. Apartment spacious for a couple travelling with a dog.

The apartment’s bedroom window overlooking the ancient and crumbling wall of the factory. We were given better apartments in the past. Balcony wasn’t cleaned well as it had cigarette buts and cobwebs. Utensils are very poor and there is no reason not to provide a complete set.

Currently on a building site as lots of building work going on around the property. As a result everywhere is dusty. Mattresses were soft and slightly sagging No washing up bowl or plug for sink in kitchen but subject to a fine if you don’t wash up what you’ve used. No aircon and winter duvet

The apparemment is very big, for a hotel, and youre right next to the Seine

The room is fine but we probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The room was large and had lovely windows overlooking the river. It was clean and not too far from town. There was parking and decent facilities. It had the best black out blinds ever and we slept quite late.

For some reason we missed that it was in an old people’s home, which was a little strange. The bed was quite soft and only one pillow each was provided. We were at the end of a very long bright corridor, probably miles from the hub, and the Wi-Fi was pretty much non existent. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am which is a bit ridiculous. It doesn’t take 6 hours to clean one room and a toilet. 3pm and 11am would still allow 4 hours to clean which is 2 hours more than us needed.

Very good value

Very clean, quiet and spacious, and exceptionally good value. The room is within a residential home for elder people so please be aware of that. For us it was ideal though, there was parking and a large comfy room and very friendly and helpful staff. It was a stopover for us as we drove through France and we would highly recommend it to anyone doing the same. Breakfast was so-so but for that price, it was amazing to get breakfast at all! Very very good value.

All very good except for breakfast arrangements, where clearer guidance is needed around seating. We hadn’t realised tables were set for lunch and that we were expected to go to the far end of the dining room to sit at bare tables…. It was all a bit awkward and could easily be avoided by better communication and clearer guidance in the dining room.

Very convenient. Great sized appartement for excellent price. Facilities were great, nice quiet. Breakfast not much choice but absolutely perfect for us, can't complain as it was all we wanted and needed, especially for the price - nice and fresh.

Beds were not the most comfy but fine for one night. The room we had was next to the water which was very loud all throughout the night, some people might like sleeping with it but I couldn't stand it.

A lovely clean studio over the river. Very well equipped for the price. Extremely secure - for us and our car. Walk into city centre for Christmas lights and restaurants.

We’d booked a different apartment. No hairdryer.
