This hotel is made by the staff and their wonderful breakfast. Excellent.

The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast absolutely great. So much choice. Bar on site. Safe parking. Location next to lake is beautiful. Lovely path to follow around the lake which is flat. Nice 20 minute (uphill)walk in to the center.

The room was soooo hot we barely slept ☹️. Even though we propped the window open there's no airflow.

The location is great if you come by car because it is off the main route near a park. The night staff was particularly helpful and friendly. Very calm like it was in the country.

I would have liked coke machine in the lobby to get a cold drink without paying the cafe prices when I was just taking the bottle to my room.

Brighter & smaller than expected - good location. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

For a hotel chain it was one of the more modern ones we've stayed in. It was light, clean, with a comfy bed and hot shower. The continental breakfast was good including eggs, meat and cheese. We felt our car was very safe in the area, just outside town. The town was smaller than we envisaged and a lovely walk (10 mins) into it. We spent the morning and checked out near noon which was a bonus. All in all a great visit.

Pas satisfait de l'hôtel Ibis Autun

Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès de Booking le 30 janvier 2026. Les prestations n'étaient pas du tout celles que nous avions réservées .Salle de bain très très vétuste, n'avons même pas pris de douche. Pas de chauffage à l'arrivée. Avions réservé vue sur le lac, nous nous sommes retrouvés vue sur une route passagère. La chambre par elle même était correcte. Petit déjeuner très bien. Le personnel très sympathique , par contre la directrice a pris nos doléances à la rigolade ce qui n'est pas très professionnel de sa part..

Literie confortable, petit-déjeuner plutôt copieux et varié, accueil sympathique, accès tardif (23h00) vite validé suite à réservation via booking ce qui est très appréciable !

Coût élevé des chambres, chambres aux dimensions très restreintes, difficulté de régler la température de la chambre, salle de bain un peu vieillissante au niveau des équipements (douche, sèche-cheveu)

Mooie locatie, lekker bed maar te kleine kamer met te weinig stopcontacten

Goede locatie aan het meer, aardig personeel, matras van bed prima.

De kamer is wel erg klein, het bed past er amper in, de wc deur kan amper open. Ook zijn er maar 1 vrij stopcontact aan 1 kant van het bed. We moesten de tv stekker eruit halen om onze telefoon op te kunnen laden. Een waterkoker had niet misstaan. Je betaalt toch 75€ per nacht.
