The hotel was there! ✔️ The staff were efficient and helpful. ✔️ The water was hot✔️ The lights worked ✔️ There was a bed✔️

The size of the room was one up from a Japanese sleeping pod✖️ Not enough storage, wardrobes, etc, even using the window sills ✖️ For two people, it is best to work out a plan on how to move around the room without bumping into each other ✖️ Postage stamp size towels ✖️ Using the shower was a challenge, and it was best to adopt a dance where the hands and arms are elevated above the head to keep the lights in the shower room on✖️ Know shelves in the shower cubicle, so everything is placed on the floor ✖️ Sitting on the toilet is a challenge to not get your left leg jammed under the wash-hand basin unit✖️ Free standing oil filled electric plug-in radiator for heating ✖️ Stairs were dirty ✖️ If this was your first experience with hotels, I doubt you would try again ✖️

Good room - but no service

Sunday, the hotel was locked, there was no reception and the first hotline was not staffed. The second number worked but the guy couldn't speak any English and was extremely unfriendly. I'm still waiting for a promised callback (catastrophe). The same at breakfast - the guy from the coffee bar was so demotivated and didn't even removed to his second AirPod. The only bright spot was the girl at the check-out. nice and friendly

Very good

Good hotel for a one-night stay when travelling. Easy to find, parking in front of the house, old town with restaurants, shopping and Cathedral (worth to visit) in walking distance (10-15 min). Newly renovated rooms, nice colors and fittings, quite stylish; effective airconditioning and good windows (effective noise reduction from rather busy road). Staff is very friendly. Nice breakfast with a variety of fresh cakes, fruit, meat and cheese and more at a very reasonable price.

Double rooms are mostly very small, no space for luggage/clothing and beds are rather narrow (good for one night and if your luggage is not too voluminous), however, for longer stays I would prefer larger rooms.

Nice and cozy

The breakfast, the staff ( suuuuper nice)! The hotel was quite clean and even if it was in front of the central station we were not bothered by noise. The area is nice as well, not dangerous like in big cities.

I liked everything. I would only have a small remark on the sensor light in the bathroom.. it might be good to have it replaces with a normal light as while the shower it kind off goes off :))

J'avais demandé à payer à mon départ, car j'ignorais combien de nuit suite au décès de ma mère à l'hôpital. Mauvaise surprise : non seulement séjour encaissé mais en plus des petits déjeuners non consommés ont été facturés. Soucis pour le remboursement;. Les 2 dames de l'accueil ont fait le nécessaire. Assez long pour l'attente mais fait.

Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hotel

Se rendre dans l'hotel à côté en devant traverser la rue est désagréable; de plus le restaurant n'ouvre qu'à 7h30 ce qui est bien tard pour les lève-tôt. Pourtant le petit-déjeuner est satisfaisant; Chambre minuscule de mème que la salle d'eau. Réception, comme le restaurant sont dans l'hotel d'à-côté!

La situation sur un boulevard bruyant a été une surprise désagréable; heureusement la chambre est bien insonorisée.

Nicht nochmal

Zimmer und Bad waren so eng, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Die Klimaanlage war ohrenbetäubend laut und hat kaum gekühlt. Dass man für die Anreise einen Code bekommt und so Zugang findet ist kein Problem. Dass erwartet wird, dass man vor der Abreise seine Kreditkarte präsentiert, aber kein Personal ist im Hotel ist eher schwierig. Zumal, wenn man dann nicht in der Lage ist, von der als Sicherheit hinterlegten Kreditkarte den entsprechenden Betrag abzubuchen. Die Folge: Telefonate, SMS-Verkehr zur Lösung des Problems, alles auf Französisch.

Chambre un peu petite. Lumière avec détecteur dans la salle de bain qui reste allumée longtemps surtout la nuit.

Très bien : l'ensemble correspond à la présentation qui est faite en ligne. Il y a eu un petit incident pendant le séjour : j'ai été obligé de changer de chambre du fait d'un incident de climatisation. Cela a été très bien fait, j'ai bénéficié d'une nouvelle chambre : on ne m'a pas fait payer la différence de prix et en plus un petit déjeuner a été offert.

Un incident technique de climatisation à réparer m'a obligé à revenir à l'hôtel alors que j'étais en visite dans la ville pour changer de chambre. Cela a causé une gêne dans mon programme, mais la direction de l'hôtel a été très courtoise et très obligeante.
