Nothing, we were not able to get in

There was nobody at the reception when we arrived despite we agreed at the phone before we did the reservation that we will be arriving later. We had to sleep on the car. And the hotel charged for the night and now nobody responds to the emails.

The room smelled VERY BAD Stains on floors and walls AND bed sheet covers Dirt under the mattress Cigarettes at the windows No towels when we came back around midnight and wanted to have a shower!!!! Smell of sewer coming out of the bathroom We tried to call to change the room + to get towels in the evening but the 24/24h number did not pick up !! The breakfast was disgusting even the Caffe tasted bad ! HONESTLY THE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE BEEN TO IN YEARS and it cost us over 100 euros for one night !!

Location was ok tho not near the old part of town

Attitude of manager from moment I entered. Asked to see room & reluctantly showed me & realised why when I saw it- old, dated, stank off cigarettes( or something equally foul) & no amenities. Decided not to stay given the above & refused a refund on both rooms. No surprise given his attitude. DO NOT STAY HERE

Le personnel de l'hôtel-restaurant des plus gentils et aimable, la localisation, la propreté des locaux, le confort de la chambre, la qualité des repas. Une adresse retenue pour une prochaine visite dans le coin !

La publicité mentionne un parking gratuit mais le tarif est de 10 euros par jours. L’insonorisation avec la chambre voisine est faible, par exemple lors d’une simple communication téléphonique.

Hôtel annoncé avec parking privé mais pas annoncé payant !!!!!!!

Chambre très propre qui vient de subir des travaux pour une excellente rénovation qui a été faite avec goût. Très bonne literie pour un grand lit. Belle salle de bain et fonctionnelle. Le petit déjeuner était tout simplement complet et excellent ( normal pour son prix )

Volontairement sur la note concernant les équipements je n'ai pas mis le summum car je trouve très incorrect d'annoncer un parking privé pour l'hôtel ( sur le site Booking ) donc ayant une voiture très propre je ne me faisait pas de soucis pour la nuit donc incorrect car pas de notion de parking payant. Le prix de la chambre n'étant pas un premier prix alors je trouve indécent de devoir payer dix euros aux hôteliers ce fameux parking privé tout en sachant que dans la rue il y avait des panneaux interdisant le stationnement car veille de foire.

Très bon petit déjeuner, choix abondant. Chambre rénovée assez grande. Très bon restaurant attenant.

Le ménage n’a pas été fait entre les deux nuits donc les serviettes de toilette n’ont pas été changées. Il manque un fauteuil pour s’asseoir dans la chambre. Ensemble de la partie en cours de rénovation un peu déprimant.

Chambre refaite à neuf,literie neuve,salle d'eau ,w.c neufs .Tout est parfait.

Le nom de l'hôtel ne correspond pas à celui réservé ( c'est normal le groupe d'hôtels n'a pas encore reçu la signalétique,car les travaux ne sont pas encore terminés.) J'ai signalé que sur votre descriptif le coût du parking est annoncé à 5 euros alors qu'en réalité il est de 10 euros. Ma réflexion n'est faite que pour information et non comme une critique d'ailleurs je l'ai déjà signalé aux personnes qui nous ont reçus.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nous avons été charmés par la rénovation de cet hôtel : tout est neuf, décoré avec soin, et pensé pour le confort des clients. Les chambres sont chaleureuses, bien agencées, avec une literie très confortable. Les parties communes sont élégantes, l’ambiance est à la fois moderne et accueillante. Le personnel est attentionné et professionnel. Un vrai coup de cœur – nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Un séjour agréable dans un hôtel rénové avec goût

Hôtel récemment repris et entièrement rénové, tout est propre, moderne et décoré avec soin. Même si la réception et le petit déjeuner se font dans l’établissement voisin, cela ne pose aucun souci : c’est très bien organisé et l’accueil y est tout aussi chaleureux. Les nouveaux gérants sont investis, disponibles et attentionnés. Une belle adresse en devenir !
