Ok for a short stay..

Close proximity to beach and main areas of Sarande. Owners were friendly..

Pretty basic, air conditioning was ineffective and couldn’t open patio doors to get air.

Pay a bit more and go somewhere else. Be suspicious of no refund available when you book on bookings

The staff were trying hard to do a good job and they were smiling. They were of a certain age that one would imagine they would be taking their pension, but they were still there working hard trying to keep up with everything. Respect about that. They made sure I had parking.

Be suspicious when you see no refund option available no cancellation available with the booking. To start with the hotel was next to impossible to find. We arrived at the corner where the hotel was meant to be and all we could see was a cafe with no sign or any indication where the hotel was. When we eventually found it, it stood out that the cafe that we could see on the corner was the reception and the breakfast room of the actual hotel that was what seemed to be a converted apartment block into hotel rooms accessible by an alleyway next to the cafe. When I asked about the parking that they stated they had, as youngerman came out and moved a sign they'd put up on the road that was holding what was meant to be my parking space. In short there was no parking space I was parking on the street I'll charge the hotel but at least they made sure that I had a space to park my car. The room was of an okay size, freshly painted with air condition. I immediately noticed there was only one socket on the wall to cover all our needs and that was just above the bedside cabinet. There wasn't even a lamp into the room. We only had a light on the ceiling which meant way I had full light or no light at all. The bathroom was freshly tiled, but there wasn't any where to hang your towels. The room was cleaned daily and they did give us fresh towels every day and one toilet roll... They also say they offer breakfast but I don't think I would call that a breakfast... There wasn't even milk cereal and everything offers coffee or tea even when we asked they said they would come over in a while to take our order but they never did. All there was to choose from was bread butter marmalade and some stale watermelon. Unfortunately whilst we were there fires broke out at home and we had to leave one day early. That was the moment where the owner appeared. The person that had to take the money... He looked like a customer up until that day. Of course no discount....

Worst 55€ of my life.

Close to the center

Really dirty, hard to find, nowhere to park although they said onsite parking. No mention that they didn’t have an elevator. Did not accept card payments but did not provide with a receipt for cash. Room was dirty and small and really overpriced. I would really not recommend it to anyone.

A very pleasant hotel for the price.

The room is simple but very clean, neat, and cozy. The bedding was fresh, clean, and comfortable. I especially appreciated the spotless condition of the room and bathroom. The staff is incredibly friendly. Some of them don’t speak much English, but they really try to understand and are always willing to help, which creates a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Especially Sonja was very friendly and helpful. The sea is about a 5-minute walk away - you just need to walk slightly uphill from the waterfront, which isn’t a problem. Breakfast is simple but tasty: boiled eggs, croissants, bread, butter, jam, honey, watermelon, melon, and coffee from a machine. I was happy to see fresh fruits. I personally missed some protein (like cheese or yogurt), also vegetables, but maybe it’s just a part of the local food culture. Overall, a great budget-friendly option. I recommend it to those who value cleanliness, coziness, and a friendly atmosphere.

very good location, room very clean and tidy. very nice balcony and really fresh. never hot. everyone are really good and the owner helps us with suitcase

Down to earth place in Sarande

The room was nice, cozy and overall clean; it had a wide terrace from which you could see the sea (we were on the top floor). It was pleasantly far from the caos of the tourist side of the city. There was parking space available in front of the hotel. Staff was welcoming and friendly (but just one of them spoke English, all the others only spoke Albanian). (Plus side: the bakery at the opposite corner had a delicious spinach byrek)

If you're planning on staying here keep in mind that there's no elevator and almost every person of the staff speaks Albanian only. We were still able to communicate, but it can be a bit of an issue for some people. There's no hotel sign: the reception is inside the restaurant on the ground floor (the one at the corner of the street).

Good stay in value for money hotel.

The location of the hotel was good in the centre, a short downhill walk to the seafront. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a big balcony with a view of the sea. The basic breakfast was taken in the cafe downstairs.

Coffee included with breakfast, but is available at little extra cost.

Good Location

The location was very good, close to the beach and the city center. it was a straight walk, around 5 min walk. The staff was kind and tried their best but did not understand English at all, like most of people in Albania :) The breakfast was good but a small amount, and was not a buffet. you eat what they give you :) Clean towels, hot water, toiletries, free parking on the side of the road, good internet and great balcony. We received 2 bottles of cold water upon arrival as welcoming gesture.

the bed was uncomfortable, very hard and squeaky, there was no sign of the hotel anywhere, we had to ask near by. At first there was no parking but later they helped us find and reserved in front of the property. The room had a strange smell (probably from the wood furniture)…but everything is fine if you open the balcony.

comfy, clean, lovely staff but lack of english skills

Breakfast was good, but not a buffet. It was by ordering from a few things like omelet, pastry, cheese... and a good coffee. The apartment was very clean, they changed the bedding, sheets and towels on every 3rd day. The stuff was lovely and very kind. The location of the hotel was very good, near the center 3 min walking to the main promenade. It was a great value for the money.

Accueil le plus chaleureux de toute l'Albanie !

Un accueil ultra chaleureux ! Quelqu'un est venu nous montrer directement où parquer la voiture. Des emplacements sont réservés juste en face de l'hôtel pour les clients. La tenancière et la dame qui s'occupe de bar/restaurant situé au rez-de-chaussée sont d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le lit était confortable. Grande terrasse avec séchoir pour le linge. Nous avons été malades pendant le séjour et la femme de ménage nous a fourni de nouveaux draps tous les soirs pour que nous ne dormions pas dans des draps affectés par la maladie. La localisation est super. Il suffit de descendre la rue pour arriver à la plage publique de Sarandë; très mignonne. Il y a une boulangerie et un magasin style night shop en face de l'hôtel, ainsi que le restaurant Ftelea fish, super bon à un jet de pierre. On a adoré !

Prenez des boules quiès si vous avez le sommeil léger parce que les murs sont fins, comme partout en Albanie en réalité. Difficile d'y échapper.

L'hôtel est bien situé, un peu en retrait des nuisances de la plage. Parking facile et bon confort ! Le patron et le personnel sont super sympa, même si ils ne parlent pas anglais. 😉

Lokalizacja blisko portu, czystość, bardzo ładny nowiutki pokój z wielkim balkonem. Bardzo miła Pani która zameldowała nas już po 10, poczęstowała kawą i wodą:)

Faktycznie nie ma żadnego napisu na hotelu z nazwą lecz Google prowadzi pod same drzwi, śniadania słabe: croisanty, chleb, dżem, ciasto serowe, arbuz, sok. Telewizor nie miał sygnału

Esperienza terribile

Niente

Tutto, le stanze erano terrificanti. Le tende non erano oscuranti e oltre a far entrare luce faceva molto caldo in stanza. Fortunatamente ci hanno montato delle nuove tende il secondo giorno. La stanza era sprovvista di prese elettriche. L’acqua non scendeva dalla doccia e si allagava ogni volta il bagno. Nella stanza non c’era neanche un armadio. La colazione consiste in una merendina confezionata, succo e anguria. stop. E la cosa peggiore è che non si può pagare con la carta di credito, cosa non scritta sulle mie condizioni di prenotazione ma solo spulciando la pagina dell’albergo. Ci sono tanti altri alberghi nella via ( in cui alloggiavano le mie amiche) dove è stato pagato un prezzo inferiore e i servizi erano molto moto superiori.

A szállásadó nagyon kedvesen fogadott, és ott tartózkodásunk alatt mindenben a segítségünkre volt. A szoba tiszta ás tágas. A strand kicsi sétával gyorsan elérhető. A reggeli rántotta isteni finom volt.

Um dos piores locais que já me hospedei, não indico a ninguém.

Quarto e banheiros espaçosos.

O hotel é muito difícil de achar, não tinha nenhuma placa ou indicação. Na verdade não pode nem ser chamado de hotel. O prédio fica em cima de um bar, não tem recepção, os funcionários do bar que nos entregaram a chave. A comunicação foi muito difícil, somente uma funcionária falava inglês e ela só estava lá à noite, todos os outros funcionários não falavam nada de inglês, tivemos que usar o tradutor o tempo todo. O quarto é extremamente barulhento, foi impossível dormir, e para piorar tinha um ninho de pombo no forro no teto e eles faziam barulho a noite toda. Um dia achamos um pombo morto na varanda, informamos os funcionários e pedimos que retirassem o ninho também. Só tiraram o pombo morto, o ninho continuou lá e o barulho também. O tamanho do banheiro era bom, porém não tinha porta no box e sempre que tomávamos banho molhava o banheiro todo. A limpeza também era bem precária, o frigobar estava todo sujo e o ralo do banheiro estava cheio de cabelo, sinal que não limpavam o quarto direito. Ficamos hospedadas 4 dias e só foram tirar o lixo e trocar os tapetes do banheiro uma vez porque nós pedimos. Até o papel higiênico nós tivemos que pegar do armário no corredor que estava aberto. O café da manhã não tinha muita opção, era servido no bar que é pequeno e era permitido fumar lá dentro. O cheiro do lugar é insuportável para quem não é fumante, e comer sentindo cheiro de cigarro é extremamente desagradável. O local não tem estacionamento apesar de no anúncio dizer que tem. Tem umas vagas na calçada em frente ao prédio que eles permitem que os hóspedes usem, mas não é local fechado, é na rua. A vizinhança parece ser perigosa e a porta do prédio fica aberta o dia todo. O prédio fica em uma ladeira, então para se locomover a pé é bem cansativo.
