Lovely stay

Staff was super friendly and accommodating upon our arrival, the day we arrived the street to go down to the hotel was closed so Nick meet us and drove my car down to the hotel and parked it (HUGE life saver! My car was stick shift and I was terrified of driving through those narrow roads). We were also able to check in a few hours early since we were one of the few people staying at the hotel. Our rooms were right next to each other, comfortable and spacious. You could also see the sea from the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay and how friendly the staff was.

Overall, I loved my stay, but the towels were a bit worn.

Great location, very near the promenade and near the harbour - easy to walk around and explore from here. Rooms are nice and clean and the place is quiet - very nice for couples.

We had breakfast on the first day and my boyfriend bit into the croissant and found white mold, after that we never ate breakfast there again.

Best Experience Ever

Everything about this place was GREAT! Location, room design, view, breakfast we absolutely loved everything. I have travelled for years for both work and holidays but I have hardly experienced similar hospitality. The owner Erisa went above and beyond with the service she offered. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely clean, bright, modern and comfortable room with everything we needed. The bed was huge and super comfortable. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, ensuring we had an excellent stay. The breakfast was also delicious.

A hotel that makes your stay in Sarande perfect

Very new clean and modern hotel, closely situated to the Port of Sarande, beaches; restaurants; etc. But most importantly were the staff - they were very supportive; helpful with all our queries. Also the breakfast was super nice (not over the top) just a nice homemade breakfast.

Great hotel with some minor improvements

Love the design and decor, good bed, Pillow choices. Good little balcony. Small but good terrace w pool area. Good reception staff helped give advice and organizes a day trip. One of yhe prettiest hotels in town. Very close to the ferry, 4 min walk.

Reception is unmanned at times, I waited 10 min for the toilet paper before giving up. Yes only one roll in the room. There’s coffee making station but no tea, Coffee etc. tiny safe not enough room to put laptops or tablets, only passports etc. no shelf for toiletries in the shower, also no amenities there. Soap and a fructis bottle on the sink. So ventilation in bathroom, you had to open the window in the heat. The balcony door didn’t close properly so noice from the 2 restaurants was noticeable but not annoying

Wonderful stay

The personnel was unbelievably kind and helpful. From helping us getting our luggage from our car, to a warm welcome, swift check in, and helpful advice we were so taken back by how smooth the entire experience was. The rooms were modern and very clean with a small balcony to enjoy some evening air. Breakfast was lovely and generous. Almost directly on the boardwalk with many many restaurants and bars.

The pool was very small, not suitable for swimming. The beaches near by on the boardwalk felt very public and not relaxing at all. Would have researched some more for a location closer to other beaches.

Very new, smart hotel in a good spot near the port and at the end of the strip of restaurants and bars. Staff friendly and rooms well appointed. Large bedroom and bathroom. Good communication before our stay was appreciated. Would recommend.

So easy to walk from the port to Villa Margarit and close to everything. Beautiful small hotel with exceptional customer service by Petro who could not have done more for us and was there to assist with any queries. Rooms were lovely and comfortable and so clean :)

Great stay, beautiful small hotel and Saranda is really nice

Probably the best place to stay in Saranda, close to the front and near the ferry port. Spotlessly clean room with a nice little balcony. Good bar and restaurant and the staff are very nice.

Breakfast was included in the price. However there was no new variety in breakfast. Same food was severed all the 3 days that we stayed. Location of the room is fantastic. It is walking distance from the bus stop and hardly 2 mins from the beach. Rooms were pretty and clean. No issues on that.

Best Hotel in Albania

Our stay at Villa Margarit was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, Erisa was incredibly welcoming and very, very friendly. The hotel itself is peaceful and never felt crowded, which made it the perfect place to relax. Our Deluxe room was spacious and the view from our balcony was beautiful, the perfect spot to enjoy the sea view in total serenity. One of my favorite touches was the fact they offered free beach towels and arranged for us different tours. Truly heartwarming service. The hotel is only a few steps away from ferry port and the main sea promenade. If you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful escape with warm hospitality and gorgeous views, Villa Margarit is the place to be.

I had the pleasure of being among the first guests at this beautifully newly renovated hotel in Saranda, and I can say it exceeded all expectations. This hotel is a perfect blend of modern elegance and warm, authentic Albanian hospitality. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, combining natural textures with décor that feels both luxurious and calming. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and our room offered amazing sea views. The owner was very friendly and organised for us some amazing tours and she made herself available for every request we had. We are definitely coming back!
