Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at Kristina Bellavista. The location was great, the sea view and large balcony was georgeous and the room was super clean. The host was really kind and brought us juice upon arrival and always greeted us when we seeing us in the hallway or on the street. There was a bottle of drinking water in the fridge when we arrived which was really nice after many hours in a bus. The host didn't speak English herself, but we communicated with her through her daughter (through whatsapp) easily. The surrounding area was full of great restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops and was quiet in the evening. Can higly recommend !

There was a cleaning lady comming into our room every day to change our towels, cleaning the floor and changing our kitchen utilities (glasses, plates etc.). It made us a bit uncomfortable knowing that a stranger entered our room every day and moving our stuff around while we were away, so we asked the host to please not let the cleaning lady accessing our room during our stay, which was unfortunately not respected. On the other hand, it was nice to have clean towels every day and kitchen utilities as there was no kitchen/kitchenette in the room so we were not able to do our own dishes.

Amazing view over the sea. Right on the seafront. Great host; we were given clean towels each day and fresh oranges! Great value for money, would stay again.

Clean & lovely room. We had a balcony with a side view if the ocean which was big enough for a couple to sit out. Owner was easily contactable & helped us with a few queries about the town. Owners mum lived across the corridor and despite a language barrier, was very kind & helpful. Parking was easy. We could pay card which is unusual in albania.

The flat is super nice with a great sea view. The host was super nice (we didn’t met we wrote to each other). We were close to the beaches, close to the center were we went to eat and party.

Amazing view

The view was magnificent. The bed was very comfortable and our room was very clean. The hotel owners were such lovely people, and we sincerely thank them for their hospitality and for everything. They made our stay comfortable every single day we were there. The location was also perfect, within walking distance to everywhere.

Omg I am still dreaming of the place. Great helpful responsive hosts. The huge balcony with excellent view of beach and city. I didn’t want to leave my room. The beach is a minute walk and the best part of Saranda to stay in. Location was superb, right by the port. I was greeted with ice cream and a bottle of water in fridge. Much appreciated. Coffee capsule every morning.

For 2 women, visiting Sarandë for the first tim, Kristina’s Rooms were perfect and I would highly recommend staying here

Kristina’s rooms are literally max. 5mins walk away from the port of Sarandë. It was so easy to find and once we arrived, that corner balcony, that view over the bay of Sarandë, we were blown away. For the night, there are electric shutters over the windows and aircon to keep us cool. The room was cleaned everyday and Kristina also left us some fruit. Whilst the new hotels are on the other side of the bay, we really benefitted from the more local side, the beach at the bottom of the building had a family vibe, no crazy loud club music. We had sunlight in the morning and the room stayed cool for the rest of the day.

Whilst there is a functioning lift to the top floor of the building where Kristina’s rooms are, it is an older lift (the sort with inner automatic shutter but manually pushed outside door to the level). Important to note it did not present any issues at all during our stay.

Host, it felt like you are going to visit your grandma and she is doing everything for you. They clean the room every day replenishing everything. rooms is new and big balcony as well as an amazing view

Excellent option near the Ferry port!

Excellent room, clean, great view and excellent value for money. 5mins to the ferry port.

There is noise till late from the parties at the beach club just outside.

Perfect for party people

The view was spectacular. Bed quite comfortable and Kristina very is a very nice lady

It was a shame that Kristina didn’t speak any English and communication was difficult. The air conditioning unit had a weird smell and the balcony windows/doors provided no sound proofing. Some nights it’s quite loud outside and if you wanted peace and quiet you would just need to wait until they finished.

Nice view in Sarande.

Location and view. The apartment is new and spacious with a big terrace. Close by grocery store and restaurants.

Some horrible screeching sound kept going off randomly in the middle of the night in the bedroom, it seemed to be coming from the area where the duct work is located in the ceiling. I reported it to the host, so hopefully something gets done about it, we got no sleep. It is bare bones as far as amenities, a kettle and a few things like coffee mugs and paper towels would add some minimal items for guests.

Amazing view and a very huge balcony.

The view is simply amazing and the balcony was huge. We did not see a point to spend our evening out when we had a better view than any of the restaurants in the own. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The faucets and the shower glass could have been a little cleaner and there is some distance between the town center if being very picky.

The sea view room I had was simply amazing- super big and also from the balcony your could see the whole gulf ! Kristina and her staff are amazing, super gentle it’s like to be part of the family. Thanks a lot I will come back !

Amazing place a few steps from the beach - highly recommend!!!

The property is very well located. The room is very spacious and clean. The housekeeper cleans the room everyday and the staff are very nice. Joanna’s mother is very helpful and super nice person too. She makes you feel at home. The apt is only few steps from the beach. You have a lot of restaurants near by, a Spar and a gym ( if you like ). I highly recommend this place.

Incredible view Brand new apartment, everything is new, new building, the view is just AMAZING, I can return in Saranda just for the view. You have a lot shops restaurants near the apartment. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. I recommend this apartment at 100%

Great basic room to stay in

Great little guesthouse in a good location. Everything was clean, modern, and in good condition. Kristina was lovely, we would definitely stay again.

Unfortunately it was raining our couple days in Sarande, so there wasn’t much to do, but it was fine because we had a great room!

The flat is located in the best location , next to the beach,next to the port ( ferries to corfu) and next to the city center. the view was breathtaking, the flat was really clean and the owner were a nice friendly family. we will go back for sure for summer
