    We loved the location, right next to the ferry port, at the end of the seawalk. The room was bright, clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The bed was delightfully soft and comfortable. We were there in November, and it was very quiet, so we slept well. The only potential drawbacks would be: All the suites are on the ground floor, so there isn't much privacy from people walking by, if you open the curtains. And the houserules don't allow eating inside the room (I assume the patio is fine). As long as you are OK with those aspects, this is a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended.

    The property is in a good location, a bit away from the noise but close to the main attractions. However it was more of a room for rent and not a hotel with staff and support. The housekeeping situation left very much to be desirable and a few things were broken and not functioning. I think will some proper care and better management is needed. The overall experience was average at best!
