I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect ,close to everything I needed, with great restaurant. The room was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Staff were friendly and always willing to help. Overall, a great experience I’d definitely stay here again!

Fabulous view

The view from our room was gorgeous! The apartment was very spacious and clean. We had an early tour booked for the next morning and they accommodated us by giving us an earlier breakfast

The lift is good but doesn’t take you right to the floor, you still have to walk up or down another flight of stairs. Not ideal with a stroller

Breakfast was very poor, not like the photos online. Beach was very dirty, plastic and rubbish. Shower head was broken on arrival but was promptly replaced the next day. Water went everywhere in bathroom from the shower.

Pleasant Experience.

We had a very nice experience. The staff were so helpful especially Nadia. She was kind, resourceful and pleasant. The Manager made us feel comfortable with whatever we needed. The food was also great.

Nice hotel

Good location - 10/15 mins walk to the town and only 7 from the port Had the best anniversary surprise in the room with flowers / fruit / sweets and prosecco - thank you to the staff for that Sun loungers are great - be sure to reserve as they will be full

Was a bit confused about breakfast on the first day as food just comes to you on a plate - no ordering or buffet and i am vegetarian so would have liked to have known about that before - what i could eat was nice and there were slight changes each day so wasn’t too repetitive You can leave bags once you have checked out but they don’t get locked away just left at the bottom of the stairs - its fine but wouldn’t leave any valuables in them as its not always manned Air-con dripped in our room so just had to make sure no electrical things were in that plug underneath Fridge needs unplugging each night as so loud Just minor things but good to know if booking

Not the romantic/chill vibe we wanted, but ok!

Great location, nice breakfast and lovely view.

Rooms are loud and the reception plays music until quite late which you can hear in the rooms. Also, the hotel is a popular for groups partying. The room was quite basic, so there was no bedside lamp, kettler, water bottles, but fine. Also, you had to pay for the sun beds which is ok, but these were quite often all taken which was unfortunate because that was the reason we stayed here.

Great location near the beach , friendly staff .

We had a pleasant stay overall ,the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Special thanks to the girls at the reception and to Fabi, the guy on the beach, who was super friendly and made our time there even more enjoyable.

In the room, there was no full-length mirror only the one in the bathroom and there was no real place to hang clothes or store small items like toiletries, either in the room or in the bathroom. A simple shelf or a few hooks would make a big difference. The fridge in the room was unfortunately very noisy, so we had to keep it unplugged during our stay .

Great hotel, great staff

Beachfront hotel. Great food. Great staff Breakfast is somehow limited as it's individual plates that staff brings to you. Although not a big amount, it was tasty ( I didn't ask if I could get more, so maybe it's an option) Walking distance to sarande promenade. And a lot of good restaurants (and a supermarket) nearby

Although not by a big amount, you have to pay both for parking and to use the beach umbrellas (5eur per day for each one in June/2025). We made the reservation for a beachfront hotel thinking that it would be included and this was an unpleasant surprise. Shower and toilet was in the same area inside the bathroom in our room. So at every shower your bathroom gets completely wet Finding the hotel was a little bit challenging, as Google maps gets crazy in the area and the hotel is on a narrow street. But this is not the hotel fault.

They have a rule for not entering to hotel with swimsuits and wet clothes. And hotel in front of sea. I am ok with rule however suggest to make a shower and change room. Otherwise it’s senseless request…

A wonderful stay from start to finish

Had such a wonderful stay! The hotel is right by the beach with the most beautiful view from the balcony. My room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean every day. Breakfast was shumë e shijshme ☺️ The staff were so warm and kind, and I truly felt welcomed here. This place is perfect whether you’re traveling with family, a partner, friends or on your own. I’d love to come back!

Near the seashore

It is far from the sarande promenade and restaurants. Room is small and old. There are rules that need to follow including not bringing food and just a note the cabana/umbrella is €5 a day.

Amazing stay

Family run beach front property we stayed here for 5 days and we love it balcony view room is amazing and the hosts elvis and his wife took care of us every day and suggested few places to visit. Breakfast was amazing. Daily you will have Room service clean towels and bedsheets Close to the best restaurant and supermarkets I would defenitly come back if i am around sarande

We spent a very good time here. The hotel conditions were very good. The room cleaning was made everyday and the breakfast was great related to the price. Economic and very close to the beach. The view from our window was amazing and the staff very friendly and careful. They made for us some special requirement, such as a baby bed or some special foods for our little one.

highly recommended

since I sprained my ankle in Butrint I need to emphasize how helpful and friendly staff was to help me out. Room was moved downstairs, advice and local clinics were given, cab called etc. I really appreciated their help. Besides breakfast (which was very good) I had a few other meals there, the fish was amazing. Spent an awful lot of time with my leg up, either on balcony overlooking the ocean or in bed, latter was very comfortable. Rooms are clean, parking is available on the beach. if one can walk, the promenade isnt too far for a stroll.
