The apartment is located in the Kodrra district, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and bakeries. The beach and the ferry terminal are only about a 10-minute walk away, making the location very convenient. The apartment itself was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything worked perfectly, including the air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The bed was especially comfortable, which my back really appreciated after long days of exploring. A special mention goes to the private parking. If you’re travelling by car, you’ll quickly realize how valuable it is in Saranda, where parking can be difficult to find. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, and communication was easy throughout my stay.

The only minor downside I noticed was a faint high-pitched noise coming from the courtyard, likely from the building’s water pressure tank. It could occasionally be heard even with the windows closed, but only when the apartment was completely quiet.

Uns hatte es super gut gefallen in dieser Unterkunft und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt spontan verlängert. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation, top Lage und ein Parkplatz 👍🏻 Wir bekamen sogar gratis Liegen an einem der Strände. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine, die man benutzen darf und im Zimmer gibt es eine kleine Küchenzelle. Wifi war top zum Arbeiten und in der Nähe gibts ein gutes Gym.

Ein zusätzlicher Abfalleimer wäre gut.

Personal freundlich - Lage und Sauberkeit

Zustand Haus, wenig Licht und Wohnung war nicht richtig eingerichtet: fehlendes Licht, fehlende Stecker, sie wurde mit 4 Betten (Doppelbett und 2 Einzel) eingerichtet. Dafür ist die Wohung viel zu klein.
