Perfect location with free parking

Best location 👌 directly in the city center just a stone throw away from the board walk but very quiet at night. Donald the son organised a parking for us every day which is crucial in Saranda. They also serve breakfast on the terrace every morning. We will come back.

The rooms are a bit small.More than 1 toilet paper roll per day would be nice.

Excellent - ring 15 mins before you arrive for parking

Clean, well laid out room. We had a great breakfast with homemade treats, couldn’t fault the service - extremely kind and polite. Couldn’t do enough to help. Room extras were above and beyond - sewing kit etc. location excellent for nighttime walks on the promenade.

The most wonderful hosts, beautiful property, amazing location!

I loved everything about this property!! The location is amazing, with a back entrance that leads straight to the beach with a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and an amazing atmosphere. The breakfast is beautiful, from the layout of the plates on the table to the amount of choice you have. The Family that runs this place pays exceptional attention to every detail. Everything is set up beautifully and is very clean. An amazing range of toiletries in bathroom for you ie Shower cap, shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste kit, best smelling shower gel and every member of the family are most welcoming, very helpful, very nice and engaging. We are already planning our return next year and can't wait to return to this accommodation. It really was a big part of making our holiday so outstanding!!

Great location just steps from the sea

The staff were incredibly welcoming and Annie spoke impeccable English.They sorted parking right outside the hotel for us. Breakfast was an incredible spread of fruit, eggs, pastries, fruit juice, cheese etc. The location is just steps from the seafront. The room was spotless and very tastefully decorated.

Lovely newly built, tasteful but small hotel

Lovely small, newly built, tastefully decorated family run property. We only stayed 1 night. Communication with staff throughout was excellent, including help with parking as impossible to get in this area (we reached out to them in advance and they held a spot just at tge door for us), help on checkin and recommendations for restaurant. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and the home made jams are a must. Good air con throughout and good facilities in bathroom /bedroom (toiletries and fridge). Loved the simply framed crochet/lace in reception area... A nod to Albanian hand crafts, and possibly family made.

A little pricey for small room in Saranda, you're paying a premium for proximity to promenade and newness of property Bedrooms on the small side but adequate for a couple for 1 night. If I was picky I'd say mattresses were very springy / on the cheap side, I've seen a lot better in Albania.

Exceptional

The rooms are simple and super clean. Very modern furniture with super bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, with a good view. Saranda Boulevard is 30m away from the hotel. If I go back to Saranda, this is definitely a place I will be looking up. Hats up!

Lovely hotel close to promenade

Nice hotel, a bit difficult to find and access is through a pedestrian area however the staff help you a lot and also help you find parking. Location is right in the middle of Saranda with the promenade only a 2 minute walk away.

We had our room door (the door jammed) closed and double locked. When we came back, the door was just once locked and our things were searched trough. Including wallet with credit card!

Brand new hotel with modern facilities. They helped us to park right in front (not easy to find a parking spot in downtown Saranda) and served breakfast at room. For a stay in Saranda city the location was perfect, right in front of the public beach. All staff were very polite and helpful.

Absolutely amazing place to stay.

Host are super welcoming and helpful. They made our stay really wonderful, no doubt best place to stay in. Everything is sparkling clean and fresh. Location is on very quite spot and super close to public beach and to any location you want to go in Sarandë. Absolute recommendation for hosts.

Very modern and clean rooms, just like in the pictures. The location is great near the main bulevard. You have free wifi and air conditioning, wich is great, because it's really hot in Sarandë, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The owners are super cute and very helpful, i highly recommend this hotel if you want to travel to Sarandë.

Heerlijke, schone en verzorgde hotelkamer op toplocatie met lieve en toegewijde eigenaren.

Het is een familiehotel, dat met erg veel zorg en aandacht gerund wordt. We sliepen in een 3-persoonskamer met heerlijke bedden en een eigen patio, in de rust maar midden in de stad en aan het strand. Het ontbijt bevatte allerlei heerlijke locale en huisgemaakte gerechten, waarbij je de gembercake niet mag overslaan. De tussenstop was in het midden van onze vakantie en gelukkig konden we wat laten wassen. Kortom zoek niet verder, heerlijke plek om te verblijven.

Eigenlijk niets, de eigenaren hielden de parkeerplek voor de deur vrij. Goed opletten het hotel bevindt zich aan de rechterkant van de straat.

Lage ist top, Familie war sehr nett und sehr bemüht, ausgezeichnetes üppiges Frühstück. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Mit dem Auto ist es problematisch. Da man ein kurzes Stück durch die Fußgängerzone fahren muss. Hotel ist nicht direkt an der Promenade, sondern in der zweiten „Reihe“. Ab 17:00 bis 1:00 Uhr ist die Fußgängerzone geschlossen. Wir mussten gut verhandeln um zufahren zu können. Haben jeden Tag Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternommen.

Camera este frumoasa, curatenie exemplara.

Parcarea este defapt o curte comuna unde este o debandada totala. (Vezi poze) Intrarea in cladire este foarte ciudata, pe niste scari cu un miros urat si o priveliste dezolanta, in conditiile in care ar exista alta posibilitate prin magazinul lor de haine care e mereu inchis... ( Vezi poze) Moschee foarte aproape, inclusiv cu geamul inchis se aude foarte tare. Micul dejun foarte sarac si nediversificat, aceleasi lucruri in fiecare zi. ( vezi poze ) In baie mirosea urat. Pret de hotel dar servicii si locatie de gazda.
