Good for a one night stay before going to Tirana by bus

The bedroom was huge and the apartment is located very close to the bus station. Communication with the staff before check in was great

Room was big and beds were comfy and clean. There was fridge in the room. Balcony was nice. Location is also good. Lady at the reception was friendly. WiFi was ok

Only thing I didn’t like was water in the bathroom was slowly passing through the drainage. It could easily overflow to the room if you take shower. Otherwise toilet was clean

Exceptional care during an emergency

I cannot thank the property management team enough for the care and support they provided during my stay. While some reviews mention average facilities, I want to highlight the exceptional humanity and prompt assistance I received during an unfortunate incident. Early morning during my stay, I accidentally slipped and injured my leg while passing through the glass balcony door. I immediately contacted the property, and they responded without delay arranging a car to take me to the nearest hospital and even sending someone to accompany me throughout the treatment, as I don’t speak the local language. This meant the world to me, especially since even the emergency doctor struggled with English while treating. By the time I returned from the hospital with stitches, the team had already prepared an alternate room for me to rest in. They never questioned me about the incident or the condition of the original room, which had blood stains and a broken door — they were solely focused on my well-being and arranged a breakfast. Later, once I was feeling better, they gently understood what had happened and ensured I'm all okay. As I was unable to move my leg due to the stitches, So I had to rest for a day and to my surprise, they refused to charge me for the additional day. I truly can’t imagine how I would have managed without their help. I’m beyond grateful to everyone who supported me that morning. Their kindness and genuine care made all the difference, and I will always remember it and be thankful.

Improveable attention

The price.

We had a bad experience. We parked the car where the man of the reception said to us, but the next morning (starting at 8am), we had to move the car 3 times because other clients knocked on our door to move it. The terrace was dirty with empty beers. We had no blankets in the bed.

Personnel’s attitude. They’ve made it to arrange my check in despite late booking and night arrival, and did not let down!

They were rude. We booked a seaview apartment and was a room completely different. They said next day, if you didn't like it you didn't need to stay and you should make a bad review. Well, I'm following their advice. The place is not very clean, location is up hill, not the most convenient, the entrance is hidden. The bathroom is totally improvised. They didn't give proper towals neither blanket. I had to ask next day for the change because the girl at the reception didn't have. They were not professionals. It's not worth it.
