They kindly upgraded me from a garden view room to a beautiful sea view, which was such a lovely surprise and truly enhanced my stay. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The service was excellent throughout, especially at breakfast. The host took the time to explain each of the traditional Albanian dishes that had been freshly prepared. The hotel’s location was perfect right on the promenade, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and local sights. I especially loved spending time on the balcony, simply listening to the birds and the sound of the waves. It was peaceful and restorative, a real highlight of my visit. Ari Hotel was the ideal base for both relaxing and exploring the area. I enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, warm, and memorable experience.

The only small issue was the minibar fridge, it was useful to have in the room, but it occasionally leaked a little water onto the floor.

The location was fantastic, on the beach, next to all restaurants and activities, walking distance from the port.

ARI -2 is actually an Annex building of Hotel ARI, Everything you have to come to Hotel ARI, Reception, Breakfast everything. There is no lift and is very hard to reach your room in 5th Floor

The hotel is in the Center with the parking

Hotel is in the Center directly on promenade. It is behind of the Ari hotel and you have sea wiev between two bildings. Parking is behind the hotel.

The light from outside during the night is very annoying. The left door to the balcony could not been lock. Breakfast during “winter” season start at 8:30.

Hotel Ari was extremely central with restaurants, bars and the beach right on your doorstep. Staff were so friendly and accommodating always. The room was fabulous and spotless with a lovely seaview balcony.

Perfect location, view on the beach and boulevard. Modern room with comfortabel bed and good airconditioning. Great to have Private Parking for the car.

Perfect location, lovely room, but no elevator

Staff were really lovely and helpful throughout. The location was perfect, just off the promenade so it wasn’t too loud in the room but also about 2 mins walk from getting into the sea. Very close to lots of bars and restaurants too.

An elevator would have been appreciated, especially as we were staying on the fifth floor. We managed okay if not quite frustrating but someone with mobility issues or children might struggle.

Room is amazing! The staff is very friendly. It's located in the center of the city which is close to a lot of amenities. It's also right next to the beach which is hard to find in a hotel for this price. They have a restaurant that serves breakfast. The restaurant has a nice bar! We highly recommend this hotel

the view was nice

- when we arrived there was a cigarette butt and lots of hair on the balcony - when I took a shower at 9pm, the hot water ended very shortly, I got my hair wet and the water started getting freezing. long story short the manager arrived at 10.15pm to let us access the other building’s room. in the meantime I was freezing. problem got fixed next day at 11.30am. I suggested a gesture or compensation but no, nothing “if you don’t appreciate I came at 10.30pm, that’s not my problem” - at night two guests were loudly talking in the hall, echoing. got to go downstairs but no results, wore headphones - breakfast seriously bad, I guess because of the low season too. definitely the worst experience in Albania

The room was spacious, very clean (they cleaned it every day), the family that owned the hotel tried to really make above and beyond to please us so im thankful for that. Location is also amazing right in front of the beach!

There is nothing i did not really like. Maybe as a suggestion: to add some more fruits to the breakfast selection (like watermelon) and to build the elevator :D

We have been in this hotel for 9 days and we were very happy with everything . Great location , friendly staff and very clean and spacious room. Service was excellent and staff always happy to help . I strongly recommend this hotel and big thank you for making our holiday perfect 😊Anton
