A perfect stay with a warm welcome, great location, and an incredibly kind and helpful host.

The apartment was absolutely PERFECT. We were warmly welcomed, and the host stayed in constant contact with us, always available, kind, and ready to help. We were always greeted with a smile, and he regularly checked in to see if we needed anything. The location is amazing, very central, just a few minutes from the beach, restaurants, and supermarkets. The bus stop to Ksamil and Butrint is only 2–3 minutes away, and everything else can easily be reached on foot. The room was spacious and well-prepared, with a mini fridge at our disposal, and the bathroom was also very roomy. The overall atmosphere of the place and the people running it was warm, pleasant, and simply perfect. We can't emphasize enough how wonderful the host was, always available, no matter the time. Highly recommended!

Lovely room and friendly staff. Deni helped us check in at 2am because we could only make the 10pm bus from Saranda. Good location - not too far from the beaches and main parts of Saranda. Affordable and decent sized room. Clean as well.

Very good location near the centre, ports, beaches and promenade. The room was very clean and comfortable with modern fixtures. Really nice owner who made me feel very welcome and recommended places to eat and visit.

Best accommodation in Saranda

The best Hotel in saranda!! The hotel have a really good location so close to the center by 5-10 min walk and it’s next to the port and the main bus station. The owner is one of the nicest people I ever met hesitated so nice and helpful and he will assist with anything u need, I highly recommend his hotel and I hope I will get the chance to go back again.

Centrally located about 500m from the beach. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Bathroom was Big but with no bath curtain or glass. Host was very accommodating and provided parking, espresso and water and also let us do laundry

Hot water took forever as it is solar powered. Bathroom with no exhaust fan and no bath curtain or glass door. No breakfast which is a major issue as there are no restaurants that serve a full breakfast. Only one on the beach. Property does not accept credit cards but host managed

Comfortable, hospitable hotel, where we had a pleasant stay even during a power outage.

The location is very central, the owner is amazingly kind and helpful and the room was clean, airconditioned and comfortable. We booked very last minute / unexpected and arrived very late, but we were welcomed with some cold water and could very easily check in.

It was a little difficult to find the location of the hotel but the owner came to find us in the next street over and lead the way, so all and all this was not a problem.

All was good. The room had everything in it. Modern, clean and nice. Good location shopping, busses to other cities in Albania..also to the airport. All at walking distance. The beach and the port all on walking distance. The host was very friendly.

Location is perfect, near the beach, harbor and terminal if you travel with the ferry, there is a bus station 5 - 10 minutes walk, The owner (Fredi), his hospitality was awesome, kind, friendly and if you need anything he can help u, furthermore the room and bathroom were clean, has air conditioner, tv, mini fridge etc. and the price was good.

Such a good find. I originally booked 1 night but ended up staying 3. It was enough to let him know in the morning before check-out time, as it wasn't fully booked. Deni's Hotel is a small hotel hidden up a little with few rooms, but everything was super clean and modern. The owner, Ferdinand, was such a sweetheart and made sure I had everything I needed to feel comfortable. He even came to pick me up when I went into the wrong street and didn't find the entrance right away. If I ever come back to Saranda, I will definitely stay here again. Shume faleminderit!

Everything was perfect! Note that there's no breakfast, but Ferdinand is kind enough to offer some coffee if you pass by him in the morning.

Beyond our expectations!

We spent here the most comfortable days of our holiday! The room was wide, with the perfect beds and bathroom, and everything was very clean! Hosts, the nicest family, were super welcoming and always available with suggestions and anything we needed! Thank you all again, we'll definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

A very good stay

We have a very pleasant stay in Deni's Hotel. Rooms were big and the bathrooms too. The position is very comfortable to visit Saranda seafront. We have had the opportunity to park our cars at the Hotel and it was very useful to easily move to the surrounding beaches. The owner is available everytime we need and was very helpful and ready to satisfy our requests and needs. We appreciate the cleanness, the size and silence we experienced

Best place to stay in Sarande!

This place is your must stay when you're visiting Sarande. It is really beautiful and clean, near everything, but also in a quite street so you can get perfect sleep when you're in busy Sarande. Most important: the people who run this place are amazing. Ferdinand gave us coffee and cold water, perfect advice and was so sweet and happy that he made us smile our whole stay!

very clean and confortable room! parking directly in front of the accommodation and the owner made the necessary to move the cars parked behind when we needed to leave for taking the ferry. The owner had water ready for us and offered coffee before leaving.

the location is great both for the ferry port and for the center, few minutes away on foot. However difficult to arrive there since in Google the location is not clear. A lady on the street kindly helped us to find it

Its a nice place very close to the beach. You can be there in just 3 minutes by walking. If you are driving, you can park in front of the hostels door. The attention was good as well, the hoster offered us cold water and coffe when we arrived. And the room was new, modern and comfortable.
