Room was spacious and beds comfortable plenty of towels left out and staff were Friendly.

No smoke alarm in room just a wire were its supposed to be and bathroom could have been cleaned better not much time spent on making sure around taps etc were clean and shiny we were in the deluxe room with a side sea sea view so would have expected it to be cleaned properly.

Exceptional value and location. ⁷

Great location downtown, two blocks from the sandy beach and lively promenade. Exceptional accommodation that was extremely competitively priced. Basic but plentiful breakfast. Massive room, wonderfully cool A/C and a Very comfortable bed. Good WiFi. I arrived very early in the hydrofoil from Corfu but was checked in straight away and was able to have a quick nap before a day of sightseeing. Proprietor and his family are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I was able to use their PC to print off boarding cards... I will be back for a longer trip next time....

Good location next to the beach & bus station

The property’s location is very good & a lot of supermarkets nearby and food. Room is spacious and comfortable. Few minutes walk to the beach & bus station

There is no elevator, no kettle in the room and the staff don’t speak good level of English so communication was sometimes hard

exceptional stay

we came by bus to Saranda and I think it is the best place to stay for people who don't have a car. It is really central, you have all accommodations near the hotel and it is just a 5 min walk from the marina. the personal is very nice, always helpful and so welcoming. The room was like in the pictures, really clean and modern. thank you very much for the hospitality ☺️

The breakfast was horrible tables not clean and a lot of people smoking in the breakfast area - if you don’t smoke you don’t want the smell coming to you when you eat. The choice of breakfast was none to very limited items - cold eggs ughh..juice no taste like cheap concentrate ..and the rest of it just few items of course every cold

So I liked the room, it was simple and the beds were comfy. The toilet was a good size and it was nice. The balcony was a good size but maybe add two chairs and a small table. A range of food for breakfast, traditional Mediterranean breakfast. THERE IS GREAT PARKING if you have a car this place is perfect because saranda parking spaces is always full during the summer and it was brilliant just knowing we had space to park each time.

No elevator but was good exercise though, there’s only two floors which isn’t a big deal for me but would have made it nicer on times I was tired The breakfast was good but the eggs were very oily I didn’t mention this to them at the time but that’s the only thing. The price isn’t bad for the hotel, but The interior is slightly outdated down in the lobby.

The location is amazing it just steps from the city center and the breach .... all services around you it's just next to the bus station so after you arrive you can just walk for 300 meters to reach to the hotel

not all the team speak english but just in case you need to communicate they call by phone the manager and he is answer your question in english by the way he is a nice guy

Nature, the sea is very clean, beaches, people... Food and drinks are very good and that is cheaper than in Greece or MNE, accomendation as well. I met very polite, honest and helpful people. Al in all, I can recommend Saranda and Ksamil to everyone :)

You need to spend a lot of time to find any sunbads. Everything is reserved in advance, mostly for Albanians.
