Not comfortable and the service was poorer this time.

The location was good. I used to be a regular client of them.

The rooms that they gave us weren’t very clean, there was hair on the bed sheets and the toilets were dirty. In one of the rooms there was an electrical cable hanging from the ceiling.

Happy, but they must improve to serve better

Simple breakfast. They can add few more items and make it a buffet. They may be thinking about the expenses,but good reviews can ultimately bring more people and good income. Even small properties are providing excellent breakfast, near to their location with the same room rate

Location is excellent, just a few meters away from the port. Personnel extremely friendly and helpful. Free parking space. Very good breakfast options.

The room was supposed to have view on the sea, but this was inaccurate. You could barely see the sea from the balcony through a tree. Also the bathroom needed some maintenance.

Location is about 5 minute walk from the beach and the seafront, 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal. Clean and comfortable, nice and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast in the morning: eggs, sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers,cheese, olives, marble cake, fried dough and french toast, cereal, toast with butter, jam or honey. Breakfast is included in the price of your stay. Free parking on premises.

Area around the hotel is not the greatest, or the view from the balcony. You c see some run down one story homes. It is perfectly safe, just not much to look at. In the distance you see the water and the mountains. Hot water comes and goes, the first two days of our stay it was lukewarm, no issues after.

Reasonable central located and breakfast.

Old hotel with shower and toilet in poor condition. Not too clean and terrible noice made by the airco of my neighbor.

We had a great stay close to the ferry and the beach promenade/restaurant/bus stations.

It was all clean and the stuff was very friendly, although they could not speak English very well.

A fine 3-star hotel near the bus station.

Location was good. I picked it because it was right near the bus station and I had an early AM bus. Decent restaurants are a few blocks away. But it's not a fancy place and it's not a beach resort. It's very plain and functional, but It served it's purpose.

If you are young and interested in the beach, this is your place to stay

The hotel has a very good, central location, close to the buses to Butrint and Tirana, to the ferry Terminal and also to the beach. Our room was basic, but comfortable. The balcony was a pleasant place to sit outside in the evenings. The staff was very kind-they gave us packed breakfast at 5 am, when we went to Corfu. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious.

In my opinion a little more decor in the rooms and a little more thorough cleaning in the bathrooms would add a lot to the quality.

The hotel is located a minute away from the bus stand. Easily accessible for almost everything. restaurants markets and the beach. hotel receptionists are so welcoming and ready to provide the needs we asked for.

It would be exceptional if there was kettle and Iron provided which are very basic amenities.

Excellent hotel and service!

I would recommend “Hotel Tatzati” to every tourist who comes to Saranda. Very satisfied with the service, cleanliness and food. The location is not very close to the beach or promenade, but it’s ok. It means that at night was very quiet, which is good. I would go again there when I vacation in Saranda. 💯💯💯🇦🇱

Hotel Tatzati is a great hotel, very well situated, 2 minutes away from the bus station. The room was very confortable and the breakfast was delicious (try the albanian pancakes!). The service was really nice! Would definitely recomend this Hotel if you go to Saranda. Hope to come back soon!

I highly recommend this hotel. Only 90 euro for 4 nights. Kejti helped me with everything that was needed and very fast. Breakfast was delicious and had big portions. The hotel is only a few hundred meters from the main beach in Saranda, I took a swim all of the days.

Excellent stay

Everything was more than perfect. Location of the hotel is ideal. Beaches, supermarkets, banks, exchange offices, restaurants,bares, pharmacies, bakery, biliar club, taxi and bus station, main streets, shops, actually, everything you can need, are extremely close. Staff of the hotel is extremely kind and professional, ready to help and resolve all questions and problems. Cleaning is regular and detail. I strongly recommend Hotel Tatzati to everybody.
