Best digital nomad hostel in Saranda

Had the best time in Saranda at this hostel! The atmosphere is amazing filled with friendly people, many of whom are digital nomads, which makes it super easy to connect and socialize. The ocean view is absolutely stunning, and the common spaces are perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. The kitchen is medium-sized but well equipped with everything you need. The rooms smell great (they even use air fresheners!) and have privacy curtains for each bed, which makes a huge difference. It’s also the only hostel I’ve found in Albania with filtered water such a nice touch. The hosts are genuinely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Would definitely recommend this place to any digital nomad or traveler looking for comfort, community, and great vibes by the sea

So pretty

Such a nice hostel, the rooms are huge and the beds are very comfortable and cozy. Everything was clean and neat. The view from my room was spectacular. They have a kitchen with everything you need to cook and water cooler too. They had aircon so it was very breezy. The staff was very cordial and nice. There’s a supermarket next to the hostel.

The walk up. It looks close to the beach on the map, but it’s on a steep hill so be ready to climb up for twenty minutes.

Very beautiful 😍

The hostel was very beautiful, welcoming and clean . I was amazed with the view from the balcony. Near the hostel you can find bar restaurants and markets. The kitchen inside the hostel was big enough for all the guests. And the last but not the least, the owners were super welcoming and very friendly. I will definitely go back to them if I come back to Saranda.

Couldn't have choose better

I've met lovely and wonderful people among the guests and staff. Great atmosphere in common space, beatiful view from the balcony. There's also cold water dispenser what's awsome during insanely hot summer days.

The vibe in the hostel is friendly - but don’t expect a party hostel.

Very clean and great facilities such as free use of the laundry and a nice kitchen. Rooms and common eras were kept tidy. Polite and helpful staff.

The location is up on a hill (approx 10 minute walk uphill from the beach if using the shortcut). don’t trust google maps too much because there are stairs not marked on the map. If u use the shortcut it makes the road shorter - but it’s still a bit of a hike. I don’t mind but might be good to be aware of it, especially since the shortcut would be through alleys ( i felt pretty safe but not everyone might be comfortable walking alone there at night).

A clean place where you can get a good night of sleep

Very clean and comfortable place. The beds have a curtain to give you some privacy and the aircon works. It's not a party hostel, so if you are into that, this place is probably too boring for you. Still easy to meet people as a solo traveller.

The perfect place to stay and rest during your visit to Saranda and its surroundings.

It’s a brand new hostel with an amazing view of Saranda and Corfu. It has all the amenities that you might need. The dorms are really nice, clean and air conditioned during the night. It has a pretty spacious social place ok which you can relax and rest as well. It’s a really chill environment and good wifi. The place has a supermarket in front of it.

You might need to walk a bit uphill to get to the place but it’s nothing specially difficult.

First contact with Albania - a great choice

The hostel was clean and nice. I stayed in a female room. The bathroom was in the room. Each bed has a bedlight to use at night. There was AC in the room, which was great. There are also lockers in the room. Towels are provided. Towels and bedsheets are changed whenever needed. There is a spacious common area where guests can spend time, socialize etc. The hostel provide a washing machine (much needed during summer), an equipped kitchen, a terrace (with beautiful view over the city and the sea) and outdoor area equipped to dry your clothes. The internet was ok, I could work from the hostel. In the kitchen there is a water dispenser with cold and hot water. Also, at the tap a filter is installed to have drinkable water. The owners are friendly and always trying to help with anything. Thank you so much for hosting me! Overall, I had a great time at this hostel. :D

The best introduction to Albania I could hope for

A/C in the rooms (a relief on those 36 degree days), great kitchen, great view of the city, supermarket 50 metres away, free tea, strong wifi, clean facilities, clean sheets, free laundry (rare for hostels) and most of all the hosts. The hostel is run by a loving family who are quick to assist with ease and kindness, certainly getting to know them was the highlight of my stay in Sarandë.

Superb

The view from the room and the terrace. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure everyone was always comfortable and had fresh towels.

Downstairs was incredibly hot. There were fans but they were very noisy.

Very good

The hostel is very clean, with comfy beds that all have their own bedlight, power outlet, and locker. Wi-fi is also great! Bottom beds also have a curtain + each guest gets a towel and can leave their beach stuff to dry on the small terrace. The view is amazing, overlooking the city and the bay. The staff is also very nice and polite.

There is only one shower and toilette for all of the rooms on the floor. Fortunately, I never had to wait for more than a few minutes. It would also be useful to have a trash can in the room or in the hallway on the first floor. There is no baggage area, but the hostel people did allow me to leave the bags on the check out day in the corner of the common area.

The view was awsome and free water and coffe station was beautiful detail. Feride was incredibly helping.

I could not use light, water and stove since that day the electricity went off. This is an extraordinary situation, besides that hostel is flawless.

Superb

The hostel is brand new, opened at July 1st. The beds and the view from the hostel over the city is amazing. Lockers and towels are provided. Spacious rooms with private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped. The son of the owner is very young boy and handling everything in very good English and a very friendly and professional way. The price ration is the best in whole Saranda!!! I recommend it a 100%.

Brand new hostel that is the best in town

Can’t recommend this hostel enough. The owners and their son are so hospitable and kind, makes you feel like you aren’t just another guest. The hostel is brand new so the facilities are great, super comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need and the common area is perfect to chill out and get work done. The location is close to the main part of town but be prepared to walk up a big hill. We loved our stay so much we are coming back :D

A wonderful brand new hostel with incredible views of Sarandë harbor from the balcony. The hostel is just a short walk from the bus stop and is located near a supermarket and plenty of cafes. A clean and spacious shared kitchen with complimentary mountain tea, and a huge common area. The rooms have AC and are really comfortable. What made the hostel though was the hospitality of the owners Fero and Adi along with their son, Doni! They even organized a trip to Blue Eye for several of us. I can't recommend this hostel enough!

Die Mitarbeiter waren hilfsbereit und freundlich; es war sauber und ruhig; die Matratze und Ausstattung waren sehr gut; imposanter Blick vom Balkon.

Etwas sportlich muss man sein, denn das Hostel liegt auf einer Anhöhe und ist schnell - ca. 10 Minuten bis einen Hauch mehr - vom Strand ausgehend, durch Treppen usw. erreichbar. Man kann jedoch auch gleich rechts vom Ausgang des Hostels einen längeren Weg, der ebener ist, wählen. Das Hostel hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer, ist sehr sauber und man fühlt sich hier gut und sicher aufgehoben. Ein Supermarkt sowie ein Obst- Gemüsemarkt sind ganz nahe gelegen, so muss man nicht lange alles anschleppen. Für Entspannung und nette Gespräche bietet sich das kleine Lokal neben dem Hostel an. Wenn man den Preis betrachtet, den man für das Hostel zahlt, dann muss man zufrieden sein. Ich bin es auf jeden Fall gewesen und sende der netten Hostel-Inhaberin meine herzlichen Grüße und wünsche ihr viele nette Gäste und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg!

Alles gefiel mir und auch die Tatsache, dass ich unsportlicher Mensch einige Treppen erklimmen musste, hat mir gesundheitlich sicher nicht geschadet. Trotzdem bleibe ich ein fauler Typ und werde bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt, wohl lieber den längeren und ebeneren Weg einschlagen.

Şu ana kadar tanıdığım en profesyonel işletmeciler, tam bir aile ortamı yaratmışlar. Böyle konforlu, temiz ve düzenli bir hostelde kalmamıştım; her şey ince ince düşünülmüş, bu da konaklamamı gerçekten çok keyifli yaptı. Mutlaka kalmalısınız!

Une nuit au coeur de Saranda

L'auberge est bien située dans Saranda (la plage est à 10 min à pied à travers la ville). C'est une auberge de centre-ville donc les espaces sont vraiment optimisés (tout petit balcon extérieur pour profiter de la vue sur la baie).

Le dortoir de 6 places était ok mais la propreté de la salle de bain laissait à désirer. L'hôte a semblé être quelque peu embêtée par les questions "touristiques" que nous lui avons posées. Nous nous sommes donc débrouillées seules.
