Good size apartment steps to the beach

Great size apartment but a little dark as it is at the back of a block. Right on the promenade so fantastic position. Side view of the sea Bed was very comfortable Kitchen but no basics provided

Salt and pepper and olive oil would be a good inclusion to an apartment that has a full kitchen Shower over bath a bit cumbersome and hard to get right

Absolutely fantastic property. Our host was incredible so friendly and helpful. The apartment is bigger than in the photos and has everything you could possibly need. With a beautiful balcony and a great bathroom with great water pressure which is hard to find in Albania Incredible location literally 30 seconds from the main boulevard and beach. Spotlessly clean and very family friendly we loved it much so we have already booked to visit again

Good location but bad communication

It’s a good location in Sarandë, right on the boulevard next to the harbor.

For some reason, the address on booking doesn’t exist on Google Maps, Maps or offline navigation apps. The hostess can send you the correct location, but communication via Whatsapp doesn’t go smoothly (I don’t mind the language barrier, but sending the wrong location multiple times is frustrating). It took me 45 minutes driving around town looking for the apartment. The boulevard is a no car zone so you can’t just drive there, but you can show the security guard at the entrance your booking confirmation and he will let you in by car. Oh, and don’t let the hostess help you with parking your rental car (it cost me a LOT of money for damage).

It is an excellent choice to stay in town. Everything is near on foot. Eleana is an excellent host. House is better that photos in booking.com. It is very clean, and you can find everything you need. The apartment is ideal for 4 persons. There is a super market near (39.87384, 20.0023) with good prices. There is a parking place for the car. The road to get there is a pedestrian street and there are barriers that block the entrance during the day. There is a guy controlling them. The night barriers are open. We strongly recommend it!

Really nice, spacious and very clean apartment. We booked for a few days, but we liked it very much, so decided to stay longer. The host lives close by, so if you ever need anything, she is always happy to help. Location was great, with bars and restaurants and supermarkets around.

Great location 30m from city beach & boulevard

Eleana is the best. She made us feel very welcome. It was a spacious apartment with nice kitchenette and bedroom and nice shower. Balcony view on the sea with beach that we enjoyed. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated Appartment was next to the boulevard. No extra stairs or climbing except for the ones in the appartment great location.

Great location, few steps from the promenade and the beach. Very nice apartment, good equipment. Aircon, fast wifi. Value for money. Parking place about 20m from the apartment - but be careful you have to drive along the promenade to the parking place and the promenade is closed for the cars between 6pm-7am so late arrival can be problem. Apartment is behind Hotel ARI - which is good point to find the place. Helpful english speaking staff. Easy check out, just let the keys in the apartment and go.

the apartment we had was in the top floor, and there is not elevator, so quite challenging to climb all the stairs several times a day, be careful on booking.com is mentioned that in the apartment are 3 double beds, but its only one double bed in bedroom and two sofa beds in living room (and these sofa are for 1 person each). I don't know who is responsible for wrong description if booking or the accommodation. But good to know for other guests.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment. Super location - city clean beach 30 seconds walk from the hotel. The embankment is 20 seconds away. Supermarkets and cafes right next to the apartments. Very kind, attentive and caring owners. If you decide to visit Saranda, then in the apartments of Lida you will get the maximum of positive emotions from your vacation. Clean place, on sidewalk of Saranda and friendly host

Friendly and helpful host. The apartment is clean and in accordance with the photos. We rented the place for a week, but even if there is no person to clean every few days (like at the hotel), upon request, the host offered us clean towels and new bed sheets. The only aspect that is not mentioned here ( and it depends on the local authorities), is the fact that the block is on the pedestrian Saranda, which means that between 18:30 and 24:00 you are not allowed to drive, which conditions you to arrive early at the apartment. In Saranda there is a very big problem with parking, for us this aspect was very important, but the host offered us their private parking space and helped us every time. For someone who does not depend on the car, I highly recommend this accommodation. The location in the middle of the city, close to the beach, clean place and nice host.

séjour mi septembre très agréable

Voyage mi septembre. Très bien situé, plage à deux pas, tous commerces et restaurant. 10 mn à pied du port. Climatisation, lave linge. Très propre. Grand balcon vue mer.

Pour ceux qui ont des soucis de santé, 4 bons étages à pied, pas d'ascenseur. L'appartement se situe dans une rue perpendiculaire aux attractions. Prévoir des boules caisses pour ceux qui craignent le bruit.

La casa era piccola ma accogliente, scendi le scale e sei sul corso di Saranda.. attraversi e hai la spiaggia. . tutto lì non devi nemmeno usare la macchina almeno che non vuoi andare in altri paesi come ksamil che è stupenda. Saranda ❤️ hai tutto gommoni x bambini parco giochi e tanto divertimento .

Ne exista vedere la mare din apartament, pozele nu sunt corect facute, Marea se vede doar de pe scările pe care îți cari bagajul , etaj 3 sau 4 .Curățenie nu s a făcut deloc în cele 2 ap pe care le am inchiriat în timpul sejurului

Mycket bra läge från båtterminalen och strandpromenaden för bad. Nära busstationen. Trevlig värdinna som svarade direkt vid behov. Fin utsikt från balkongen över stranden. Stort sovrum med dubbelsäng och 2 stora bäddsoffor i stora rummet ihop med köket. Tvättmaskin som var bra att ha.för oss.

Var på tredje våningen vilken var lite jobbigt när vi var trötta. Stod 3'rum och 65 kvm i annonsen men var 2 rum( inkl köket) och var 40 kvm. Extrasängar stod i köket. Lite trångt men funkade för 4 personer. Ej komplett köksutrustning . Saknade duschdraperi i badrummet.

Im Ganzen war alles Inordnung , wenn man direkt Stadt sein möchte

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön, aber es wäre hilfreich gewesen, wenn in der Beschreibung erwähnt worden wäre, dass sie sich im 5. Stock befindet. Die Aussicht war seitlich zum Meer und abends von 18:00 bis 1:00 Uhr fand unten eine Promenade statt, was das Parken unmöglich machte, wenn man nicht vor 18:00 Uhr ankam. Bis 18:00 Uhr kümmerte sich die Besitzerin um das Parken, sodass man einen Platz bekam. Es wäre jedoch ratsam, ohne Auto anzureisen. Zu Fuß ist alles gut erreichbar, einschließlich Läden, Promenade, Meer, Fähre nach Korfu und Bushaltestelle. Die Ausstattung war ein bisschen dürftig - es fehlten eine Kaffeemaschine, ein Backofen und eine Mikrowelle sowie Weingläser. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und freundlich.

Дуже не сподобалось бруд на парковці, це не відноситься до цих апартаментів, але вважаю що спільними зусиллями багатьох готелів чи апартаментів що там паркують це можна вирішити.
