Breathtaking views incredible service

Top service, Foto and Veni were exceptional with us, very kind hearted people. The Hotel has a breathtaking view of the sea. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony. You are going to be comfortable here but also you are going to enjoy a million dollar view that makes this place worth it. We are a family of 4, my kids love the proximity to the beach as well. The photo is a view from the room at sunrise.

Amazing place, location and the family that run the hotel are 5*

The breakfast was lovely. the family that run the hotel were amazing and so helpful in welcoming us. the father moves around at 100km/h, and the mother was so welcoming, the daughter so pleasant and organised during check in. the son ran everywhere to show us the room. Awesome stay!

Amazing hosts, best location!

Its right in the middle of the promenade by the sea. everything is right next to you. The best bars, restaurants. You go on boat trip? Meeting point in 2 minutes. You need help? The owners are amazing. The room was spotless! Nothing flashy but comfortable. Best value for price!

Breakfast was nice, tasty and enough. Always made with great care. if you only like buffeet style or cereal for breakfast it is not for you. But you can always have breakfast somewhere else, even with that its an amazing place and does worth it.

Clean and well presented in excellent location for visiting Sarandë Note no lift in building depending which floor you on a lot of stairs we are couple in early sixties and did not have problems

Location is perfect, rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast is different every day and very tasty. Everything was perfect

Basic rooms, close to the main attractions.

Location was very central, close to the promenade and lots of restaurants. AC worked well and room had a nice view of the sea. Breakfast was good - fried Albanian donuts, watermelon, bread and eggs with salad and cheese. There was a communal iron in the hallway which was helpful.

Room was not well insulated for sound and I could hear loud music till at least 23:30. So Bring earplugs. The shower has a very odd design and the water basically goes everything (shower curtain too short). Breakfast was good but found it odd that everyone didn’t get served the same things as part of the breakfast meal.

Cute little hotel in the heart of Sarande

Great location. Right on the main boulevard where there are many restaurants, lounge bars and attractions. The staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Overall our stay felt like home away from home.

The wifi connection was very poor at the hotel, which was inconvenient. This appears to be a common issue in Sarande, as many of the restaurants and beach bars that we went to also had weak internet.

Very good stay !

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The place is run by a lovely and welcoming family who made me feel right at home. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Saranda, close to everything, with beautiful views from the property. The staff were always helpful and kind, going out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. I also really appreciated the breakfast something different and delicious every morning.l

Perfect location on sea front with verandah sea view. Breakfast options fairly basic for the total price no complaints.

Great Value Hotel Overlooking the Marina.

This family run hotel was comfortable, in a fantastic location and the staff very friendly and helpful. Our room had a balcony overlooking the marina which was amazing. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and diverse.

The hotel is located near the sea, in the city center. We had a room with a huge terrace and a stunning sea view. The breakfast was basic, the coffee very good.

Eggs and vegetables for breakfast would be greatly appreciated. There is no elevator so don't take heavy luggage.

Great location in the centre of Sarande. Close to everything you need and easy to find. Room was clean and beds were made & towels replaced each day. Nice family run hotel.

Wi-Fi was intermittent and not established connection in the room. Noisy plumbing pipes & thin walls. Difficulties with card payments for payment of the stay, needed to be made in cash. Breakfast was minimal set menu each morning.

Top location - lovely staff - good hotel

Very nice hotel, family owned, with perfect location in Sarandë. We had a sea view room on the first floor and it was so nice. The staff is very service minded and friendly. Decent breakfast, good coffee. The room was comfortable and very clean. The whole hotel area was clean, tidy and cozy. We highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel and excellent value for money!

This is a good hotel run by a really nice family. It is located right on the promenade. We booked the triple room for two, which was more than sufficient space. It even had a large table with chairs, perfect for a quick business call while away. We also thought it was excellent value for money. They even throw in free breakfast, which was basic but tasty.

Speaking of my business call, the internet connection was a bit of an issue. It was slow, spotty and dropped constantly. I was lucky we bought an Albanian SIM when entering the country so we used that instead. Also, the advertised secure parking is not on site. It is not far, but it is not close either. Dragging our bags back and forth in 39C was a little bothersome. Plenty of room for improvement with regards to the breakfast, but since it's free, hey, I shouldn't look a gift horse into the mouth!
