Perfect location

Everything met our expectations, the room was very clean and had everything you could need. Everything was a 5 minute walk away form the hotel like supermarkets, restaurants and the main boulevard. Wil come again in the future!!

Convenient/Great location!

I love the staff always very helpful and nice! Let me check in early and helped me carry my suitcase up the stairs. Veryyyy good location, across from the port. Very walkable to anywhere. I walked from the port and when I left I walked to the bus stop. Convenient location.

The only thing was not having an elevator so be cautious if you have heavy luggage. Also the shower could use a curtain I felt like I kept getting the floor wet. Other than that enjoyed my stay !

Lovely, central stay!

Location could not be better! A five-minute, convenient walk from the ferry (and the promenade, beach,) approx 10 minutes to Friendship Park, where the buses leave from. There is a great supermarket just up the street. Really clean and lovely little hotel. Our room was beautiful, quiet, and peaceful, though we had a balcony overlooking the street, which was so nice to sit out on. Arbana greeted us and was very kind and responsive.

Internet is a little choppy. A shower curtain or something could be nice to prevent the whole bathroom from getting soaked (but pictures are accurate so I knew this).

We highly recommend Hotel Metali to anyone planning a trip to Saranda – and we will definitely be coming back!

The room was fantastic – spacious, newly renovated, modern, and very clean. The location is also perfect: the hotel is close to the harbor, city center, and beaches, which made it very convenient to get around. What truly made our stay special was the wonderful and warm family who owns the hotel. They were always helpful and welcoming, and made us feel at home from the very beginning.

Perfect location

The property was located near the port and was at the centre of the city. Everything was a walk away from the hotel and was easy to find and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and come again!!

The hotel was located at the city centre and near the port and this was already so convenient for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was also clean and with a nice view. Would definitely come here again in the future!

We spent a night at Hotel Metali in Sarandë and had a great stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and its central location made it easy to explore the city. Everything was well-organized, and we had no issues.

the main picture doesn't match the property. The shower doesn't have toilet box or any barrier so the water will splash everywhere in the toilet.

The hotel is in the center of Sarandë.

The hotel is very nice in a good place, the beach was 5 minutes away, nearby the hotel is the alfa market and other markets, and the bus stops almost in front of the hotel which goes to ksamil and to butrint.

Stuff is friendly and helpful, location is clean and very central, close to the beach and the main street. Free parking pace on the street is available, or paid parking next to the hotel.

Hotel spartano, bagno da rivedere

L'hotel è carino, ben pulito, ottima posizione, stanze grandi e pulite. Frigo e climatizzatore in camera. Balcone spazioso con stendino e tavolino.

Il bagno era imbarazzante. Pulitissimo, per carità, ma minuscolo e di fatto la doccia non c'era. C'era solo un doccino con un tappetino, non c'erano né ante né tende, né il piatto doccia, quindi lavarsi era molto scomodo. Quando lo abbiamo segnalato, lo staff ha risposto con pressapochismo. Esperienza di check in poco gentile, l'hotel accetta esclusivamente contanti e li ha voluti subito. Attenzione perché non ci sono bagni fuori dalle stanze, quindi se fate il check out e lasciate i bagagli in hotel, quando poi li andate a riprendere non potete più andare in bagno. Noi dovevamo partire ed è stato scomodo.
