Absolutely perfect stay

This is brand new apartment near the beach. You have everything you need and everything is high quality. There’s a small yard in front of the door, so you can sit there, have a drink and listen to the birds. Location is perfect: walkway to spar shop, a lot of restaurants around and the owners have a shop with amazing fruits and everything you need.

The owner of the property had lovely parents who would always speak to us and ensure everything was fine. Communication was excellent and instant, housekeeping was remarkable. We enjoyed every bit of the property. Just exceptional.

Great value

I was lucky to use the one of the garden rooms first time after renovation. Obviously everything was brand new and nicely decorated. Place is surrounded by various shops, cafes and restaurants. 6-7 min walk to Corfu ferry terminal and 10-15 min walk to Saranda promenade. Beach is just few meters. The owners also run the mini market at the entrance so you can find all your basics needs here. They also helped me on the parking spot just in front of the hotel (Saranda has severe parking problem)

Very good

The condition of the apartments were brand new and very clean. I really enjoyed the huge balcony with awesome views of the sea and Corfu Island. And I liked the convenience store right downstairs, everything I needed at reasonable prices. It’s located 2 min from the beach.

There is only one AC per apartment, even in the two bedroom apartment. This makes the second room unusable since it’s too hot to sleep in it, especially if you need to close the doors for privacy. The bathroom door on second floor has very short clearance, and I hit my head at least five times while entering the bathroom. Also I didn’t like the fact that the owner does not accept credit cards.

We were a group and had 3 rooms and one apartment. All of them were large and confortable. Very clean villa with wonderfull views from the upper floors. Very nice and friendly host. It is very close to the beach. We liked African Beach (4 minute walk away). I recomand the property without hesitation. See you next year my friend

The only minus could be the size of the bathroom wich is a bit small but this didn't bother us

The entire villa was clean and very comfy and secure + free private parking. Fantastic, kind, helpful owner. We felt really good and we would recommend it to anyone visiting Sarandë. Everything about this place was fabulous.

A brilliant place to stay

Exceptional accomodation overall. The apartment was extremely clean and looked freshly decorated. Perfect location for getting around Sarande. The owner also owns a shop next to the apartment so they're always on hand if anything is needed. The balcony view was lovely too. I would thoroughly recommend this place. Communication may be a little difficult as the owner doesn't speak much English, but they were more than happy to go the extra mile and quickly fix any problems after we were able to explain them. So overall the language barrier didn't create any difficulties.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Aggressive and threatening property owner downgraded my room from ocean view to a basement room and

Aggressive and threatening property owner downgraded my room from ocean view to a basement room and demanded full price, I was also threatened that ‘there would be trouble’ if I didn’t pay the full amount. Room was still dirty and kitchen wear was not cleaned properly and lacking key utensils. I reported the owner to Booking.com.

You get what you pay for. Clean room, friendly owners, everything was OK.

The owners were very friendly, the location was just what we needed - close to the port. Room was cosy and clean.

The shower didnt have a curtain and the water splashed everywhere and ran even under the door. The owners speak little English, sometimes it was hard to understand to each other.

Amazing! The room is huge, very cozy, big bathroom, the balcony has the most amazing vue and the albanian riviera and the perfect sunset. The hosts were welcoming, very nice, generous… A store just down the location Parking spot in front of their store the beach is couple minutes down. go for it !

It seems a small thing as we had a really good stay here but there were a couple of mornings when there was no water supply in the bathroom. This was restored within two hours.

Exceptional

If the searching machine propose you this accommodation, do not doubt a minute and confirm it. You will find a lovely house with wonderful apartments with so nice people willing to help you any time. I had a feeling I have visited my own family. Beach in a rolling down distance, no issue, restaurants and center of the city very close too. Many thanks to Micaj family and all the best!

There is nothing, what I would not like. I have only one recommendation. Maybe it would be good to prepare some manual especially for foreign guests with some good recommendations for tours, attractions, restaurants, etc.

The apartment was great. Super convenient for beaches, ferry terminal and shops and restaurants. The family who run Xika were so kind and welcoming. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Příjemný pobyt, který splnil očekávání

Lokalita byla výborná, blízko pláže, blízko do centra, klidná lokalita. Dostatek parkování ve vnitřní části. Velice milé přivítání majitelky. Majitelé mají před ubytováním malý obchod, kde najdete vše co je potřeba, otevřeno je skoro nepřetržitě. Majitelé jsou velice milí, vstřícní a přátelští. Opravdu hodně dobrosrdeční lidé nápomocní ve všem co potřebujete. Cítili jsme se tam, naprosto skvěle. Apartmán je v přízemí, ale dobře oddělen od okolního prostoru. Kuchyň je dobře vybavená, nic nám nescházelo. Postele jsou pohodlné. Při příjezdu bylo vše čisté a uklizené a úklid probíhal i v průběhu pobytu. Dlouho jsem neviděl nikoho v plné sezóně se takto přátelsky starat o hosty. Doufám, že jim to takto, dlouho vydrží.

Heerlijk en mooie kamer in Serande.

Komend vanaf Corfu, was het huis op een 7 minuten lopen gelegen. We konden zelfs al eerder inchecken. We hadden een fijne, mooie kamer met grote badkamer en groot balkon. Heerlijk om daar te zitten en uit te kijken over zee. De eigenaren hebben een kleine supermarkt op de begaande grond. Het huis is heel mooi gebouwd met mooi tegelwerk. Heerlijk om je tanden te poetsen en over zee uit te kijken, want ook de badkamer komt uit op het balkon. Stranden liggen wat lager en kun je zo naar toe lopen. Overal eet gelegenheden.
