It’s very central, close to the beaches and facilities and the view was breathtaking. The breakfast was rich.

An enjoyable week in Sarande.

The ocean view from the room (junior suite) and the balcony. The location was very central, walking distance from the ferry and very close to the main bus terminal and bus stops for Ksamil and Butrint. The breakfast was adequate and there was filtered water available in the breakfast area and the lobby to fill up your water bottles. There are also plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance.

It was difficult to keep the water within the walk-in shower recess, and the bathmat was small, which is outweighed by all the positives.

Great location and services, balcony!!! but a few minor inconveniences.

I really liked the location of the hotel, it was very central. It wasn’t far from the main port, as we arrived by ferry. It was also close to the boats since we went on a program. Daily cleaning service was available. The breakfast was simple but great.

The air conditioner was right above the bed, and we weren’t allowed to take the towels to the beach.

Breakfast was very basic, extremely noisy at night being a central location. Music stopped around 3am and then the bars bottle clean up started. Bed wasn’t very comfortable and shower weak

The location of the property was perfect! The place was relatively clean and room was a great size. This is my second time visiting Saranda and this booking was great!

The receptionist, whose name is something like Clarissa, was extremely unhelpful. She showed no willingness to work or assist guests. When we arrived, we had trouble locating the hotel despite having the address on Maps. I messaged her for help, and she simply told me to follow the map, offering no additional guidance or effort to assist us in finding the place. Later, we had an issue with the toilet flush, and she said she couldn’t help because it was past 10 PM. Truly disappointing service.

Good value for money.

The location is very good. 3 mins walk from the bus stop and 4 mins to the Promenade. Room was spacious and clean. Receptionist was helpful.

Breakfast wasn't the best. The taps in the washroom were leaky.

Good stay in Saranda.

Location is just perfect. Overlooking the sea, close to lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Proximity to bus stops and about 750 metre walk to ferry to Corfu.

No kettle for tea making.

The location was good, next to the square and it was easy to go to the walking boulevard. The view was nice. Breakfast was okay. The three shutters for the window are good, so you can also leave the windows open for the night because of the insect net, but it was bit too loud for it. The balcony was nice.

The furniture has seen better days and could be renewed. There was a smell coming from the toilet, but luckily it went mostly away while having the window open. We had to go and ask the reception persion from the next door money exchange place. And without knowing, there would have been a 5% fee if you pay by card. So make sure you have cash that you don't need to pay an extra fee. Okay for couple of nights.

Amazing stay

The view from the balcony was amazing! The room included all facilities, that we needed. The receptionist even help us with the parking. Breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is perfect! We loved it!

Disappointing Stay – Not Family-Friendly

We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were extremely small, and the toilets were not clean. The furniture felt unstable and unsafe, which is unacceptable for a family room. One of the biggest inconveniences was that the main hotel door closes at 21:00. While they provide a key for the back entrance, the elevator is also shut down at night. This was a major issue for us, as we were traveling with a baby stroller, and the stairs were unsafe. Breakfast was very basic, not what we expected, and to make matters worse, the staff was rude. Overall, this hotel is not suitable for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and accommodating stay. We would not recommend it.

This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Sarandë.

Very good location of the hotel, in the center, near the city beach and port. A few meters away are shops, restaurants and cafes. Very responsive and helpful staff. We stayed at the hotel for six nights, the last three of which we stayed in a hotel room with a wonderful sea view. This room was offered to us by the hotel at no extra charge. The hotel room was cleaned every day, everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast was tasty and varied. This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Sarandë.

Centrally located right near the water. Decent sized clean room.

Shower was small and the tap in the centre made it hard to shower. I did not check when check-in was (my mistake) and we were late due to a missed ferry. A staff member sent incredibly rude messages saying that they were cancelling our accomodation because we had not showed up and giving it to someone else. I had my credit card on that booking, why not simply charge my credit card if I ‘didn’t show up.’ The way he was typing messages was extremely rude and aggressive. We were so off put by the time we arrived that it immediately put us off the accomodation. The girl who worked on reception was nice though.

Great for a short Saranda stay

Excellent location, close to the port and water as well as plenty of restaurants. Nice view from room.

Right across from a rooftop bar which was very noisy at night although the hotel provided ear plugs. Beds were too hard

Great hotel right in Sarande city center, parking available

Perfect location right at the city center of Sarande. Room is spacious and modern, balcony has place to hang your beach towels and swimsuits. Staff is very helpful and is always around, either at the hotel or the car/scooter rental company next door. Parking spots are available and they are a life saver!!

Very good

Location was awesome, just a street behind the boulevard! It was clean, good looking room, a nice small balcony on the front side with nice sea view and enough space for 1. A nice little fridge for some drinks and a locker for some important stuff.

No breakfast option. Elevator didn't work in the evening hours. You had to use real keys to close your room instead of being locked when getting our of your room like would be in a hotel with card keys. So you really had to think about closing your room with the keys, otherwise anyone could just enter your room.
