Toer Hotel & Spa — Birthday Stay 🎂 For my birthday this month, I booked a Superior Double Room at Toer Hotel & Spa for just €89.25—and yes, it came with millionaire-dollar views. I checked in early at 11am (one of my favorite travel hacks) because I like to squeeze a full 24 hours out of a stay—room time, spa time, and the rooftop restaurant all included. Totally worth it. The weather felt like summer, so I spent most of my time on the private patio, wrapped in the cozy provided robe, sipping coffee and doing absolutely nothing. Bliss. Buffet breakfast was included in the price and didn’t disappoint—delicious, hot, hearty, with several solid options to choose from. I’m sure prices climb in peak summer, but if you can book outside of high season, I highly recommend it. It’s quiet, peaceful, and honestly feels like you almost have the place to yourself… wink 😉 Perfect for a birthday, reset weekend, or solo escape when you want luxury vibes without the luxury price tag.

Good location, free parking, comfy beds, big modern rooms, nice sized balcony and nice bathroom.

Could use some improvements, like better breakfast, better coffee, in room coffee, blackout curtains, functioning phones in room. Overall would recommend though.

Nice Hotel in a very good location with a lot of potential if some of the staff is removed

It is a nice Hotel in a central location only a few minutes from the seaside promenade. However, it is definately not 5 Star as advertised on booking.com. The reception staff ladies are constantly playing with theire smartphones but not giving much attention to the customers or dealing with requests in a satisfactory way. They seem to have never heard of customer satisfaction ! The only very friendly person in the Hotel was the nightduty Manager Fabio ! He is really a gem and very helpful in any way. The housekeeping ladies where although very friendly and deserve a thank you. The view from the Roof Top Terrace is amazing but unfortunately the waiters seem to have the same attitude as the reception staff. However, the breakfast buffet served was excellent and with a lot of choices. We would come again under the condition that some of the staff is replaced !!

Fabulous Hotel - I recommend it.

It appears to be very new and may be the premier hotel in Sarandë. Every facet of our stay was 5-star, including free breakfast buffet. It is close to the vibrant waterfront and loads of dining options. It’s a few feet from the bus station so we were able to cross the street and board our bus.

This was my third time staying here my previous trips were really nice and I couldn’t complain at all but this trip was horrendous

we was left with no tissue paper for 2 days despite me reporting it to the receptionist, I was provided with the wrong room, the bathroom smelt really bad and we had no toiletries, the room was tiny and battered, being on the 15th floor it’s very noisy due to the bar and restaurant and the continuous music late at night and early in the morning.

Awful hotel NOT 5* spa

Comfortable bed, 1st room shower was good.

Staff rude, facilities awful def not 5*. left with no toilet for 15 hours staff refused to fix it. Wouldn’t even give us a pillow! Room dirty with a ball of hair in the shower on arrival. Curtains don’t cover the windows a large street light outside. Got moved room next day this was even worse, very noisy, no plug in room had to charge my phone in the only plug in the bathroom! Breakfast awful, poor selection and few hot things were not hot!! When complained told I had to go and find the manager he would not come to reception, he laughed and said it’s a booking. Com 5* not a real 5*. Does not have a spa, has a small room outside the hotel with a small pool and half built sauna. Location ok, not far from things but up a steep hill! View not good from room! Very rundown area. Reception refused to even call a taxi told us to walk to the taxi station! Service really was shocking and very disappointing. All very dated and pictures seem must have been taken a long time ago

Fairly good value for money

The room was comfortable and had a nice view from the balcony. Pool and sauna were good. Parking was easily accessible.

The TV in our room didn't work. Breakfast was ok, but you'd expect more. There was also a constant smell coming from the bathroom, specifically the toilet. But overall probably still good value for money.

Really nice stay.

Very modern and nice— AC was on for us when we got there which was very nice. Had an amazing view. Fantastic and HUGE breakfast. Very friendly staff especially in the restaurant. Perfect location. Parking was underneath building in a parking garage- seemed safe.

Saranda seems mostly safe but hotel security could be improved by installing room card sensors for operating elevators. Better instructions for parking on day of arrival would be useful to guests.

The hosts were super friendly and accomodating. The room was amazing, very spacious, yet cosy. The bathroom was nice and modern as well. Everything was newly renovated. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and I'd love to stay here again on my next trip to the south of Albania.

Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu w tym hotelu! Na początku dostaliśmy darmowy upgrade pokoju z widokiem na morze – a widok był po prostu obłędny. Sam pokój czysty, nowoczesny, z bardzo dużym i wygodnym łóżkiem. Sprzątanie odbywało się codziennie, wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Śniadanie było skromne, ale bardzo smaczne, a w restauracji na najwyższym piętrze można dodatkowo zamówić napoje lub dania. Widok z restauracji na całą panoramę Sarandy robi ogromne wrażenie! Ogromny plus za podziemny parking w cenie oraz świetną lokalizację – zaledwie dwie ulice od promenady. Strefa SPA jest bardzo klimatyczna, z sauną i basenem z przyjemnie ciepłą wodą. Personel niezwykle pomocny, nie było żadnego problemu z późnym zameldowaniem. Jesteśmy zachwyceni i na pewno chętnie wrócimy! 💙🌊

Frukosten motsvarade inte mina förväntningar. Ägg som var överkokta, inget var varmt av ex pannkakor etc. Drickan till frukosten var extremt söt om man inte valde färskpressad juice som inte ingick. Bara ett sorts bröd lite svårt för oss som inte tål det annars över lag var det ok.

Lage und Ausblick sind sehr gut.

Das Hotel hatte vor 20 Jahren sicherlich eine gute Zeit. Abgebrochene Nachttischlampe, Haustelefon defekt, Kantenleisten abgebrochen bei Fliesen. Macken in den Wellen. Das Paar Bereich ist nur über die Rezeption in einem Nachbargebäude zu erreichen. Der Pool war viel zu warm, mindestens 35°, dafür hatte die Sauna 46°. Ein zweiter Sonnenraum ist gar nicht erst fertig gebaut worden. Es fehlten vom Umkleidekabinen und bei den Duschen fehlten die Kleiderhaken.
