A good and pleasant stay for 4 nights, with kind staff, a great location, and good hospitality.

The owner was extremely kind and welcoming, and the staff were always available and ready to help with anything I needed. The location is great — just a 5-minute walk from the nearest beach and close to local shops and restaurants. I truly appreciated their hospitality and felt very well taken care of during my stay. Highly recommended!

The only downside was the lack of structure in the shower box, as water would often spill out onto the bathroom floor. Also, the walls are a bit thin, so it’s possible to hear noise from the neighboring rooms. Other than that, everything was great.

Great value for money accommodation close to the beach with lovely staff

The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The wifi wasn’t great and there wasn’t a lot of toilet paper in the room.

Great place to stay to explore Sarande.

The room was very basic but had all we needed. The location is really close to the beach, and to the promenade as well as some amazing restaurants. While the staff and owners don’t understand English too well, they were super lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was very nice and filling!

The toilet seat was broken when we arrived and was taken off and never replaced for the rest of our stay.

Worthy it compare to price

The location is perfect though guests need to walk a little bit in hilly road. The room has all basic facilities and sea view from the balcony is wonderful. The property has a good restaurant to enjoy good food in a reasonable price.

Less facilities like no hangers to hang clothes, lock of the doors are not perfect. Breakfast could be better by including a coffee.

Great stay at Oxhaku Hotel

Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean and cozy, and the sea view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Safe and convenient parking was a big plus, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Preis Leistung angemessen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Personal ist freundlich und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war angemessen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und es gibt wie in größeren Hotels kleine Mengen an Shampoo und Duschgel. Frühstück gibt es täglich bin 10 Uhr und es ist ein süßes und ausreichendes Frühstück. Man bekommt ein paar Scheiben Schafskäse, Tomate und Gurke. Dazu Brot und Tee und/oder Kaffee auf Wunsch. Außerdem gibt es für jeden ein Croissant. In der Nähe des Hafens, somit super für die erste Nacht nach der Ankunft.

Auf dem Weg zum Hotel gibt es eine starke Steigung, weshalb es mit schweren Koffern eher ungünstig gelegen ist, es sei denn, man nimmt ein Taxi. Die Toilettenspülung war ein wenig beschädigt, weshalb man den kompletten Deckel des Spülkastens zum Spülen hochheben musste. Im zweiten Zimmer war es besser, aber auch da war das Teil zum Hochziehen beschädigt. Einige Zimmer haben noch eine alte Klimaanlage, die in der Nacht sehr laut ist. Es klang so, als hätten wir eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer stehen, die die ganze Nacht am laufen war. Etwas abseits vom Geschehen.

Het was allemaal netjes en schoon. Kamer werd iedere ochtend schoongemaakt. Vriendelijk en helpend personeel! Boulevard op loop afstand.

Parking was even zoeken omdat dit achter het hotel zit verstopt. We werden er naar toegeleid met een scooter die voor op reed!

Pas de lampe de chevet, manque de prises de courant salle de bain inutilisable après la douche, pas de meuble pour poser les valises, petit déjeuner pas décrit et uniquement albanais sans café ou thé qui sont payants, hôtel cher pour pour la prestation fournie, pas vu de personnel sauf au petit déj.....bref

Consiglio per posizione, comfort e prezzo.

Ottimo hotel per la posizione che dista dal porto e lungomare di Saranda da raggiungere a piedi in dieci minuti o meno. Camere perfette con terrazzo, pulite e dotate dei comfort.

Migliorerei la colazione. Sulla loro didascalia Booking vi è indicato una colazione a buffet continentale e locale. Ma viene servita e ogni viene offerto un piatto (prettamente salato e tipico). Dovrebbero avere fornire più scelte e renderla a buffet realmente .

Nos encantó el lugar, es muy limpio, el servicio y el personal muy atento con nosotras. Queda muy cerca de todo a unos minutos a pie. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, todos los días había algo diferente. Recomendamos este lugar, todo estuvo estupendo.

Dos melhores alojamentos onde estivemos!

Os trabalhadores do mais prestáveis e simpáticos que existe. Numa zona perto de tudo. Limpavam e faziam as camas todos os dias. Pequeno-almoço pouca escolha mas variável diariamente com quantidade bastante adequada e delicioso! Jantamos um dia no restaurante e a comida óptima e com um preço bastante em conta! Dos alojamentos que mais gostamos!!!

La chambre était propre et le personnel très attentif. Nous étions dans un quartier un peu plus reculé du brouhaha de la ville.

La porte principale était ouverte 24h, avec personne à l’accueil pour assurer la sécurité. Malgré tout, on s’est toujours senti bien.

Chambre simple et plutôt minimaliste. Ce n'est pas vraiment un hôtel mais plutôt un restaurant qui dispose de quelques chambres à l'étage. La réception est dans le restaurant. Pas de personnel parlant anglais. Petit déjeuner basique. Terrain vague à l'arrière qui sert de parking

Ce n'était pas super propre (poils dans le lavabo, moisissure et poussière dans la douche et draps tâchés) Le robinet goutte et cela était gênant pour dormir, la douche petite. Échantillons de toilettes déjà utilisés

Boa localização

É uma ótima localização, é praticamente 15min andando para tudo ( estação de autocarro, Ferroviária, etc ) . Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O quarto é bem espaçoso. O nosso tinha uma terraço com vistas ao mar. Muito lindo. O hotel está encima do restaurante. A entrado pode ser por dentro do restaurante ou ao lado do restaurante por umas escadas escondidas.

O pequeno-almoço almoço estava incluído e era das 8am até as 10am, mas no fuma de semana por duas vezes as 8/8:30am o restaurante estava fechado. E o pequeno-almoço é servido por umas das funcionárias, tu não escolhes o que comer, ou não há opção, nos dois dias que eu consegui tomar o pequeno-almoço almoço ela nos trouxe ovos ( cosidos ou frito) com queijo fresco , salada de tomate e pepino, com par manteiga e marmelada. Outra coisa que não gostei foi o barulho insuportável numa das noites, não sei se foi somente porque era sábado ou era só uma festa , mas foi tanto barulho que mesmo sendo meia noite ainda estava bem alto. Não tenho a certeza se era no restaurante ao lado ou do hotel ao outra lado ou do mesmo restaurante do hotel, mas a música era bem alta.

Υπέροχη διαμονή με θέα θάλασσα!

Περάσαμε φανταστικά! Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο, με απίστευτη θέα στη θάλασσα – ιδανικό για να χαλαρώσεις. Το φαγητό πολύ νόστιμο, ειδικά τα θαλασσινά και τα γλυκά. Η ατμόσφαιρα γενικά πολύ ήρεμη και το προσωπικό φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Σίγουρα θα ξαναπάμε!
