Pleasant and convenient stay😊

Everything was wonderful! The location was very convenient since it was very close to the port and the Main Street area but it was far enough for it to be nice and quiet. The hotel had an elevator and its own parking which was a huge advantage.Our room had everything we needed ( towels, A/C, mini fridge,balcony, very comfortable and big bed) and was super clean. The hosts/ receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!!

Clean, comfortable room which is a great location. Very new hotel, air con and everything at a super price. There is no restaurant or pool but we werent looking for that as we had everything at our door step. The two guys that run the hotel are really helpful and friendly. Couldnt ask for more. Parking available also.

Everything! “squeaky clean” is the right word for this place, shoutout of applause to the cleaning team👏. The sheets & towels smell of freshness, there is a lift in the hotel. They allowed me to check in early when I arrived at no extra cost- which was great! Very good location, 6 mins walk to the beach, 4 minutes walk to bus stop to & from other cities, 5 minutes to bus stop to Ksamil. - Room was excellent, mini fridge, with 2 water bottles inside, kettle, hair dryer, a dish where you can wash your clothes after the beach & a place to hang them to dry in the balcony. I stayed in room 102, nice terrace, overlooking what seems like the hotel garden, good AC.. all in all lovely experience, seems the hotel is new. I didn’t have a car but I could see private parking available. The host by the reception is friendly & nice😊 This is the 5th accommodation I try in my trip in Albania, within the same budget, maybe this one is 2-3 euros extra than the most expensive one I stayed at but it’s definitely the best! I highly recommend. If you have been traveling for a while & want to have rest in a decent place, this is the one.

Great new hotel!

The owner Alban was very friendly and welcoming, always asking if our stay was going well and if we needed anything! He also helped us park our car and was only ever a phone call away! The hotel was very modern, secure and comfortable. There is a bit of a hill to climb from the beach to the hotel but this wouldn't stop us from staying here again!

Good location and very comfortable room

Good location two blocks up from Saranda promenade between the port of Saranda and Saranda Marina. Slight uphill walk from the promenade. Parking provided on hotel property. Great air conditioner. Quiet room. Great mattress. Mini fridge and kettle and hair dryer. The room has its own plastic wash basin and there's a drying rack on the balcony if you want to wash out a few things. Lots of restaurants. Several neighborhood small markets nearby and a larger green market towards the port. Hosts have great personalities. I can recommend this place.

Perfect Sarandë apartment

We were only there for a short stay but Alban and his niece greeted us in a very welcoming and friendly way and made sure we had everything we needed. Rooms were clean and modern, exactly as displayed on the pictures.

Nothing. There is still some construction going on as the building is brand new. But we neither saw or heard anything from it. Elevator is still under construction but will be with a cool view once finished.

Superb stay

Perfect location walking distance from the Port and to the cafes, shops, restaurants and the main hub in Sarande. The room is as described, new and modern and tastefully done with a good walk in shower with plenty of hot water. Bed is very comfortable. Alban is the perfect host, most helpful and hospitable. Was always very prompt with answering our queries. Totally recommend.

A beautiful modern new build Hotel very centrally located close to all amenities and several restaurants and the main pedestrian road and beach. Just a short walk to the port. Cleaning was perfect and fixtures and fittings modern, comfortable and brand new. There is also A/C in the room and private parking available on request. The owners were very welcoming and speak good English. No issues with check in and out. Highly recommended to everyone, single, couples or families.

The room and bathroom was very clean, the mattresses are new so very comfortable, air condition, good wi-fi signal in the room, location very near to the beach and bus stop to do some day trips and ferry to go to Corfu. Very good value for money as the price is cheap and everything is new. There is also a small fridge. They are very nice, polite and helpful.

Good location, so close to cafes and restaurants. Very comfortable bed, modern design. Great value for the price :)

The bed is so low that it's hard for the to clean underneath. If you drop something that rolls under you're in for a dusty surprise. Lack of do not disturb/no cleaning today signs to hang on the door. It was very hard to find the hotel as it's unmarked.

Nice new rooms with clean bathroom. Good location in the center and close to the bus station. Not really a hotel as no lobby,… but this doesn’t matter.

Almost all good. A water cooker to make own coffee or tea would be a nice extra to the room.
