It was a great stay. The hosts are very kind, hospitable, and ever so helpful.

It’s a beautiful place and very well maintained. The location is quiet, but remains very accessible whether by taxi or on foot. It’s very serene and peaceful. We especially liked the pool area with its collection of citrus trees.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. The rooms and all areas were extremely clean and well taken care of, which made the stay very comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor – every meal was a real pleasure. What impressed me the most was the kindness and professionalism of the host and the entire staff. They were always smiling, attentive, and ready to help with anything I needed. Their friendliness created a warm and relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at home. I am truly happy with my stay and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for cleanliness, excellent food, and wonderful hospitality. Lovely vila, but too far and steep from promenade and shops

The owners were very nice, the place looks great, very clean, the swimming pool was great for the kids. Breakfast and service were perfect

I had the impression they had a restaurant there, but I was wrong. The restaurants was operating only for breakfast service. Location up a steep hill and very challenging to walk down the shops for even getting basics. Impossible to drive around as no parking available and roads very tight and busy.

Comfortable, welcoming and perfectly formed, value for money stay

The beds were comfy, the rooms were cleaned every day. The pool area was small but very pretty. The breakfast was different everyday.

There were no sun beds by the pool but there wasn’t enough room for them. We would have like a waste paper bin in the bedrooms.

We can easily recommend staying in Vila Ahmeti, people who own this were friendly, the building was nice and clean, the city center was not so far, we could walk there and back instead of driving and looking for parking space (the walk back is uphill, but after eating on promenade in Saranda it's good to burn some calories ;)). The bathroom was new and clean, even with a hairdryer, the breakfast was different every day, the stand for tv was super usefull for our stuff. Overall - great place to stay in Saranda!

Everything was perfect. I stayed 2 nights in this property with my whole family. We were very satisfied. Rooms cleaning 10/10. Very good breakfast. The structure is managed by the Ahmeti family who are very kind. I was very satisfied because my family and I had a very pleasant weekend.

Super hosts and great place to stay

This bed and breakfast is a family run business and they take good care of the place. Its spotless clean and the hosts are very friendly and welcoming . It's very close to the town centre, there are lots of shops close by. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. There was plenty of space to park . Next time I am in Saranda I will definitely stay there. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again for your hospitality

We like the place and the host. The room was ok, the AC worked good. In the near there is a good place where they serve pizza (Savos Pizza) and other dishes. The staff is friendly and prices resonable. The place (Ahmeti bed & brakfast) was hard to find in the night google showed us a different location (whe used booking guidence). However we would not choose Saranda again - Ksamil is better option - beaches are beautifull.

Breakfast was monotonouus - main componet are eggs. Juice was very sweet - to sweet even for our childern. In a place where vegetables are abound we expected more vegetables (even in restaurants there are few vegetable dishes).

Le petit déjeuner et la dame très gentille qui les préparait, les chambres étaient quasiment neuves et bien aménagées, spacieuses.

Sur les photos, la piscine paraissait beaucoup plus grande. Ambiance malaisante par moments.

Super fijn verblijf gehad

Heerlijk verblijf gehad. De ligging van de boutique is perfect. Niet in de drukke boulevard maar wel op loopafstand. De kamers zijn schoon en erg mooi en ruim. Bedden liggen heerlijk. Heel fijne kleine binnenplaats met een zwembad wat iedere dag goed wordt bijgehouden. We hadden iedere dag een uitgebreid en lekker ontbijt. Super aardige eigenaren/personeel. Vriendin van mij werd midden in de nacht ernstig ziek. De man des huizes stond meteen paraat en heeft ons naar het ziekenhuis gebracht. Ook de terugweg werd verzorgd. Ze hebben echt aandacht voor de gast.

Le personnel était super accueillant la dame d’accueil fait tout elle même elle est à l’écoute très souriante les chambres sont nickel très propre le linge de lit et bains sont changer tous les jours le ménage est fait tous les jours à 13h , le petit déjeuné change tous les jours aussi cuisine locale faite par la gentille dame
