Great overnight stay in Sarande

The building is handy to the bus stop and to the waterfront. There is a bar beside the apartment and this is where you can eat breakfast also. This apartment is very new looking and built of quality materials, has a large balcony that looks down the street to the ocean. Very comfortable bed and quality towels. Very good value for money.

Lovely and comfortable

Manager was very nice and friendly and gave us an upgrade. He was helpful whenever we had an issue. Very nice breakfast. Good location, central and felt safe. Parking is a bit tight but manageable.

Wifi unfortunayely didn’t work very well but manager was very apologetic about it. On the last morning it did get fixed!

Modern, clean, comfortable and very large rooms. This is like a 5 star hotel. Excellent customer service and breakfast. Onsite parking. Meters away from the waterfront.

The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the port, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and other amenities. The rooms are modern, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. For an unforgettable experience, the top-floor apartment is simply phenomenal – featuring a spacious layout, an enormous terrace, and the most breathtaking view in the entire property. Breakfast is delicious and varied, providing a great start to the day. The staff are exceptionally welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or requests, making the overall experience warm and memorable.

The only downside is the absence of an elevator, which might be challenging for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. However, the staff are always willing to help with carrying bags, making the inconvenience much easier to manage.

Amazing modern hotel

Amazing hotel. Comfortable room with a great bed. Modern building. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room is brand new and modern. At first I was scared it would be nosy but the windows are noise proof so I had two amazing nights of sleep. Would stay here for sure!

Excellent staff and rooms

The room was so spacious and very clean. It was regularly maintained and the staff made sure we had a good stay. The balcony was so good with great views. Special shout out to Malo and Vasula for taking extra efforts to provide us vegetarian breakfast. They were really friendly and made sure we felt comfortable. They were ready to help us with any need anytime. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone who's planning to come to Saranda.

Great Value for Money

The staff were lovely and the room was clean. A cleaner came each day to the room. They offered free breakfast which was tasty.

Depending on your room you can be close to the road. Whilst we slept great something to be cautious of if you’re a light sleeper.

Recommend

The hotel is about 10 minutes walk to the Port of Sarande. It is on a hill so be mindful of that. The room was clean and modern. I liked their breakfast (P.S. it's not a buffet, but you get a healthy, all-you-can-eat meal). Employees are nice and helpful as well. From the hotel you can access a lot of other restaurants, there is also a local market close by. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel.

The best stay you can image!

The location was great. We could see the sea from our room. Everything is close to the hotel (walking distance to the bus stop, beach, Porte to Greece/Italy, taxi stand and all else you might need). The whole hotel is very clean and we saw them repeating the cleaning multiple times in a day. We were surprised with everyday another kind of luxe breakfast. The whole stuff was very professional, friendly and generous. The kids also loved the stay. We would definitely go back.

in room 4, the shower door is broken, and because of this there is a lot of water on the floor.

new hotel, rooms look like in the picture. The only thing is that I arrived in the off-season, and there were some nuances, but I think that this will be fixed by the beginning of the high season. The door in the bathroom cabin and the Internet does not always work. But the hotel itself is new, clean, good location, easy access to restaurants, shops and beaches, the port. Very nice and friendly people at the reception, high recommendation

Very new and clean rooms. Not so far from the sea shore.

Very poor breakfast. Unless the property is run by the bar hosts downstairs, the breakfast was made just by a cup of coffee and one chocolate croissant.

Overall, we had a really nice stay at Lili. Would recommend to anyone!

Very nice and newly renovated room. Everything was very clean and fresh. Cleaning was splendid. Super nice area, close to the beach but a couple of streets up from the beachfront which created a calm environment around the hotel. Super charming and nice owner who gave you a welcoming feeling.

The breakfast is alright but some pretty easy improvements could make it much better. Coffee for example.

Very modernly decorated room, close to the city center. Functioning AC. Great shower. Good breakfast served at the bar below. Huge tv.

The pillows were horrible, too stuffed, we had great troubles sleeping. We asked the housekeeper for lighter ones, but they didn't have any. No reception at the hotel. We were lucky we stumbled across a staff member on the street, otherwise it would have been a problem, as we had no phone signal in Albany. It would be useful to have the wifi password written somewhere in the room and have some hangers on the bathroom for the towels. The room was dark, the sun does not enter from the windows.

Jamais vu un établissement qui ne propose aucune boisson chaude au petit déjeuner. Il faut vraiment revoir ça. Ou alors les proposer à un prix abordable. Je trouve cela très limite au regard de ce qui se fait ailleurs en Albanie. Sur un autre plan, insonorisation proche du néant. Les lits trop mous. La seule chose qui sauve les meubles reste les prix faibles et la localisation.

Pas de café au petit déjeuner. Un sourire et un geste commercial au regard du bruit aurait été la moindre des choses.
