Great place to stay by the water

They had in house laundry service. Breakfast was good

Had to pay for parking. They didn’t have black out curtains so the lights from other hotels had our room lite up.

In all everything was ok cleanliness was top notch and staff was lovely

The view was good waking up to the sunrise and all was a good feeling

The machine for making hot water wasn’t working and also there was no telephone to make calls downstairs which every hotel needs one. There was only two coffee and sugar so the stuff for tea wasn’t all that many with different options. Tv was also glitched and not working

Excellent location, good breakfast and very comfortable bed.

The personnel with exception of one woman was rude or not so helpful. The communication of parking possibilities wasn’t proper. The guy who was responsible for parking was extremely rude.

Rooftop Fun!

Staff were very friendly. Lovely girls who are all very chirpy and accommodating. Even joined in with some stag doo fun!!! Helped with ideas where to go and just made the stay very friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom is very modern, and the air con worked as expected. Bonus to have a rooftop bar which the staff are all amazing and friendly free shots of Raki and Latin night was amaaaazing!!! Definitely would return!!

The card machine was broken which meant we had to go to the cash point and withdraw the local currency which worked out we paid 30 euro more according to the daily currency rate but we couldn'tget euros so had little choice..Wasnt overly happy with that but i guess "these things happen"

Very disappointing

the location

The room is very small. The shower is full of mold. We changed rooms and there was mold in the shower too. The beds are small and uncomfortable. The external elevator is very small, the suitcases could barely fit in. I booked 2 nights and because of the inconvenience we decided to skip the second night. I didn't expect a refund, but I did expect a refund for parking for one day. They didn't refund me. The staff was nice and tried to help.

The hotel is excellent value for your money and wonderfully located. Hotel folks are superb.

The location was perfect. It was just off the Promenade with many places to eat within walking distance. The hotel folks were extremely helpful with recommendations and things to do. They also went out of their way to assure my stay was enjoyable and saw to every comfort.

This is a small thing but the water from shower leaked onto the bath floor.

Amazing.

Great location, it was right in the middle of where we wanted to- close to restaurants and bars. Gorgeous looking hotel and our room was fantastic, with a great view. Parking outside the front of the hotel was a massive bonus (especially as they had space for us before our check in time). Staff friendly and helpful.

Could have done with black out curtains with to room being central there are lots of lights on all night. Not a major issue though, and wouldn’t stop me booking again.

Staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. My room stank is stale smoke and I asked for non-smoking. Also the rooftop bar had closed for the season but that wasn’t advertised so it was a little disappointing.

The location is brilliant, but the hotel was really disappointing. The gentleman serving breakfast was great too.

The rooftop bar was closed, our toilet seat moved when you used it, the grill on the shower was full of ‘stuff’ soo it didn’t drain and flooded the bathroom floor, there was damp in the room so paint was falling off and there were small ant like animals over the floor. The room was very tired and dated and the pillows dressing the bed were dirty.

Great position and facilities

Personal from reception was trying to play smart. Lady said first day we came with motorbike to we can not park in the front off hotel but is ok in public square. I was writing to hotel before and in that time it was ok to park in front. Ok let it be. Aircondition stop working and 2 off receptionists need 2 days to figure that out who says what. One off questions was hmmm you are living tomorrow !? Like we don't even need aircondition you have already survived 2 days without ! 🤪 Lady even trying to directly lie to us. It will be fixed in 10 minutes and than go she went home. Dripping water in toilet can not be fixed thay said. Hmmm ! 2 sleepless nights becouse it was boiling hot. Hotel is beautiful. Breakfast is fantastic, but need better service for that price. Booking fix it and refund some money back. Thanks

Not the best place

Good size room, staff are very friendly.

The location although near the main strip looked very dodgy and we felt unsafe. We checked out within the day and moved hotels.. There was mold in bathroom, shower seal broken and balcony was not cleaned properly. Room description states washing machine however no washing machine in room. Staff were friemdly and said they would help us wash our clothes. this hotel is more like a 2 star. Needs to be cleaned and upgraded.

Disappointing

Good location for the port and restaurants

The rooftop bar has DJ going - we were told until 12pm, but the music continued past this point, so unless you are able to sleep through loud music don’t stay as there appears to be no sound proofing. There is also a mosque nearby so loud call to pray throughout the night. Rooms outdated and ours had water damage on the walls.

Impossible to sleep as building was shaking due to rooftop bar loud music

The rooms were nicely decorated. The staff was nice, though only the recepcionist was fluent in English. Good location to go to the ferry port.

It was absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to sleep with the noise of the rooftop bar of the hotel. The whole building was shaking…horrendous! Nobody was able to sleep at all. On top of that, the following morning when we used the lift, someone had urinated inside it. Absolutely disgusting! This place was a disgrace, we couldn’t leave fast enough. Shame as the location and deco were nice, but to be honest, this whole town was horrible. Never again.

Superb

It's a 1 minute walk from the main bus stop no need to fight with taxis, 1 minute from the promenade along the sea and 3 minutes from the farmers market. Our room which faced half sea half city (wonderful view for sunrise and sunset) had a big balcony, coffee machine (yeay!), shadafa (important for Muslims) spotless linens and towels and a comfortable bed. The breakfast is good value (omelet, bread, strong coffee and cheerful service) in a relaxing atmosphere (nice lighting, big windows). The lovely woman who works mornings for check in is very sincere, knowledgeable and helpful.

The elevator wasn't working so it was 30+ steps to the room, which wasn't a problem for us but might be an issue for some. The elevator in the hotel photos should be removed.

Great location - unfortunately very noisy during the time our stay!

The location was fantastic and the restaurant was beautifully decorated. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

There was major construction going on during our visit; meaning there was no reception area open to us - it also meant it was extremely noisy from early in the morning and this construction noise could be heard clearly from our bedroom on the second floor. The rooftop bar was also closed for the duration of our stay. It would’ve been nice if we were informed of this before our arrival/after booking as it is likely we would’ve chosen somewhere else more quiet and peaceful to stay if we had known how noises it would be and that there was no bar open.
