Staff were exceptional

Our stay couldn’t have been better. All staff were exceptional. They were extremely friendly and helpful always jump in to help you! Located right along the promenade. Also has a great restaurant!!

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was just perfect. The hosts were friendly and always ready to help with anything, we felt very welcome. The breakfasts were delicious (we could choose between a sweet or a savoury), the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is amazing - just a short walk to the beach and city centre.

Great location and very clean.

The room was super clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to the city center and main road, where the restaurants and cafes are not so expansive as in the zone close to the beach. To the main beaches in Ksamil you walk only a few minutes.

It´s a bit noisy in the street with loud music but it did not bothered us much, since at 23:00-00:00 it become very quiet. I missed a kettle and some tea or coffee in the room. But nothing that really bothered me.

Not as expected

Nothing literally except their behaviour. They are nice people. The bathroom was too small that we couldn't take a shower . But they said we will get a 10% discount for that in their restaurant. it was shown a sea view room when i was booking but we didn't get it.

I hope they make everything right.they are so nice people.

Best location with a great view and staff

The location is super central, very close to the main beach, restaurants, port and a bus station. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to choose this place:)

The only thing that we didn't like was cleaning - it was always done not the best and a bit disturbing.

Exceptional

The kindest and warmest people we have met in all of Albania. A stay here would be enough reason to visit the country. We felt so much at home - the food was great, the rooms were clean and quiet and we even got a ton of help getting around. All in all the best part of our vacation

Very good

Location is very convenient. You can go for a morning walk by the corniche because it is very near. There are a lot of restaurants around the area and if you want to party, best place to be. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast is good and well presented. Room is very clean.

Bathroom is really small, intended for small size people only and shower is not separate from the toilet. In the evening if you want to have an early and quiet evening, the place is not for you. There are music and party around the area, though it stopped at around 12 midnight.

We loved everything! The location is a big plus!!! The beds are really comfortable and the restaurant is just stunning! They serve Italian food and we loved it!! We loved the crew who was supporting us with everything! The boss speaks English, Spanish and Italian and we never had problems with nothing. Free parking area close to the hotel! Everything we loved!!! Villa Balbi and the staff made our holidays perfect!!! Thank you so much!! Hope to see you soon

The hotel is very good located and it has an amazing view. The staff is absolutely helpful with everything and they have an restaurant with an delicious menu! We wanted to stay 2 nights and decided in the end to stay one week!! You need to go there!! You can't find something better in saranda!

Villa Balbi 34 is pure enjoy!

The hosts are great! I don't think we have ever been received more warmly, welcomed and hosted. The owners of the villa, Edi and Tota, are incredibly dedicated and the restaurant staff helpful and friendly. The villa is in a fantastic location, right next to the beach, just a few steps. The window sea view is phenomenal, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the food is varied and beautifully served. The balcony (Room No.2) is spacious, with a partial view of the sea and the garden of the restaurant. The garden is probably the most beautifully decorated in Saranda, and the whole concept is based on relaxation and enjoyment with food, drinks and light music. The atmosphere is very pleasant. All recommendations from me and my family to this wonderful team of people!

It is certain that there are a few details in Saranda (traffic congestion and disorder) that can affect the vacation impressions, but none of them are related to the facility itself and the people who serve the facility, so there is nothing to complain about.

The location was very central, so easy to find once you get off the Tirana-Sarande bus. it was 2 minutes away from the main beach and the view from the room was amazing. it was great value for the money.

Everything was great, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Super staff lovely stay

The hotel is in a good location, close to where you can catch buses and Taxis but with a good position close to the sea beach. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and can't do too much to help. The room we stayed in was not massive but quite comfortable with an an amazing view across the sea. There is a pleasant garden / bar area where breakfast (which was nice) was served and is also the restaurant by evening. would be very happy to stay here again and thank the staff for there great hospitality.

It can be quite noisy in the evening / night with loud music playing in the beach bars etc but that is Sarande so nothing particular to this hotel.
