Hotel Pini

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The sea view was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole experience even more special. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and enjoying it with a beautiful view from the terrace .The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Cleanliness was exceptional — everything was spotless and very well maintained. Highly recommended!

Perfectly situated directly on the Saranda promenade and the public beach, with only a 10 minute walk from the port and 3 minute walk from the bus station. The view from our balcony on the 4th floor was beautiful and enjoying. Our room for four persons was really convenient with the “master bedroom” and the kids room a little separated, and AC worked perfectly in both rooms.

The breakfast area was nice at the top of the fifth floor with open spaces. However, it was quite hot outside already in the morning and there was no AC or quietly working fan so it was a little hot and the tables out in the sun were thus impossible to use.

The rooftop view and from our bedroom was amazing. Location really good too. They respond to messages very quick and support you with anything you need.

I truly believe that this hotel has a great potential, it could be awesome with a few adjustments. Breakfast was very average. Same options everyday, not a big variety. Some things didn’t look fresh. Bedroom was comfortable and clean with an amazing view. Tv wasn’t working. The shower has a curtain on one side and a glass protection on the other that are useless. They don’t avoid the water to run throughout the whole bathroom. It’s a challenge to find a parking spot in this location but the hotel reserve a parking spot for 5 euros per night (it was informed prior to the check in, as well as, about the time restriction of the boulevard (they close from 7pm). In our case, we did a late check in, so this first night was a bit nightmare, as we knew that we would have a parking spot but they didn’t mention how to get there. The second night they showed us where to park. So I suggest that besides fixing those things in the bedroom/bathroom, improving breakfast and making clear the information about parking location prior to the check in too, some staff (not all of them) could have a smile on the face and be more welcoming.

Cheap installations, in the bathroom the cabinet was broken. Cleaning was everyday but there was always hair left behind in the bathroom which was not mine..
