Great hotel to stay

The room was very modern and comfortable. We had a small balcony, and the bathroom was very modern. The staff was very friendly and caring, and we would definitely recommend the hotel. The location is just a 5-minute walk from the promenade, and we felt very safe.

A comfortable stay with perfect location, safe parking, and truly welcoming staff

The location of the hotel is perfect, and having a parking space was a huge plus, as it made me feel safe leaving the car and gave me peace of mind. Mr. Sofokli is an excellent person, it honestly feels like he is available 24/7 at the reception, always ready to help. Tony, who manages the bookings, is also a wonderful person and makes an excellent coffee with his machine during breakfast. The breakfast was average but satisfying. There were two fruit options (melon and watermelon), delicious cakes, pancakes, fried and boiled eggs, sausage, toast, teas and juice. It was more than enough for me. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

The bathroom doesn’t have a proper shower box, so it tends to get wet after showering, but it wasn’t really an issue for us.

Great location and value for money.

Excellent location right in the heart of Sarande. Very clean providing the essentials for a short stay. Excellent value for money and the personnel were very friendly. Definitely try the restaurant called Isumi right next to the hotel, it’s a family-run restaurant with fantastic dishes and great prices.

The fact that you had to walk many stairs to reach the hotel since it’s in the main road right above the coastline, but it was not a serious problem

So clean the bed sheets and towels and everything 🤍 the owner is amazing and his family. His kind & lovely wife and son who never hesitate to help. Location is perfect for night life (walking in the city center, restaurants, bars)

Nothing honestly except thar there r many stairs from the city centre so if you hv a baby with a baby strollers or disabled person in the family and you don’t drive might be an issue unless if you are ok to use taxi.

A clean new hotel with hospitable staff, convenient rooms and tasty breakfast.

Very friendly and sincerely hospitable staff, always ready to help with any question. The location is great. The breakfast was tasty and fresh. Very clean new room, good bed linen, and a convenient bed. I'd strongly recommend this location to everybody and will stay here if I'm back to Saranda one day.

Bed was pretty comfortable

There was a couch in my room that I think had something living in it. From the outside everything looked clean, but when I was sleeping last all I could hear was random ticking and buzzing sounds. I tried to smack the couches and they stopped momentarily and then started again in a different place INSIDE the couch. Was driving me nuts. Also, I thought it was very odd that the staff would often come into my room whilst I wasn’t there. This was noticeable with the blankets folded and I whilst I appreciate the gesture, I had all my valuables in that room including my passport. So I didn’t like they kept coming in without my permission, as the stay wasn’t over yet. Overall quite strange, definitely not worth the steep price.

The room was clean and the hotel was a couple of blocks away from Sarande's center. The breakfast was also good.

The city was packed with cars and at times you could hear noise. The fridge was a bit noisy too. The hotel could use an elevator.

We liked friendly, family staff and exceptional breakfast even with coffee included in price. I liked nicely renovated bathroom and air condition.

There is significant challenge with parking on the street and sometimes the hot water may not be available in the morning.

Hotel Aulona has a great location near the centre . The rooms are beautiful , spacious and very clean. The hosts and the staff were really kind to us.

it was a good stay and value for money was ok too.

The location was ok, 5 minutes walk distance from the sea. We were 3 families with children. The owners did their best to accommodate us all near each other. The hotel was run by family members which were polite and tried to help.

We were in the 3rd floor so elevator could have been useful. The rooms were a bit tiny nevertheless they were clean and newly furnished (at least our rooms that were located in the 3rd floor). There were not enough parking lots for all the cars of the hotel nevertheless they managed to procure places .

It was clean. Breakfast was good for a hotel.

The check in wasn't smooth. Didn't have change when they asked for cash. Tv didn't have service. Sure days they speak English but no one the entire time we were there spoke English. Also the towels were very old and needed some fabric softener.

Friendly little hotel in Saranda town centre

Comfortable if slightly small room, but fine for a solo traveller. Well situated close to the town centre but slightly further from the seafront. Friendly owner who spoke some English and served a good breakfast.

Hot water was a bit limited for the shower. Room a bit chilly in March but to be fair the smaller room meant the aircon was reasonably up to the task.

Ci siamo trovati bene,abbiamo alloggiato 5 notti,hotel molto vicino al centro,tramite delle scale si arriva direttamente al lungo mare di saranda,hotel molto pulito,le lenzuola venivano cambiate giornalmente,è gestito da una famiglia molto gentili e disponibili,ci hanno fornito anche l ombrellone per il mare,cosa molto comoda il parcheggio,perchè ad agosto c è troppo casino,quindi sarebbe difficile trovarlo.

Migliorerei un pochino la colazione,aggiungendo magari più dolci

Prettig en fijn verblijf en locatie

Fijne locatie dicht bij het busstation en de boulevard zeer makkelijk te bereiken. Fijn ontbijt om de dag mee te starten. Ik mocht bij vroeg aankomst m’n spullen achterlaten en bij vertrek ook om het later op te halen. Zeer vriendelijke mensen.

Alles was goed. Het enige punt is dat de stopcontacten niet universeel zijn maar dat is niet aan hun maar algemeen in heel Albanië. Goed om daar op te letten bij het reizen naar Albanië.

Cordialità e disponibilità dei titolari (hotel a gestione familiare), pulizia, colazione molto buona, posizione centrale, parcheggio

Aria condizionata che faceva sempre freddo anche quando arrivava alla temperatura impostata (quindi dovevamo spegnerla ogni tanto e poi riaccenderla) Frigorifico che raffreddava poco (anche perché quando toglievamo chiave stanza la corrente si disattivava automaticamente) Non c'era armadio ma un appendiabiti, tutto sommato grande, con 2 scaffali sotto dove appoggiare abiti (noi fortunatamente abbiamo avuto upgrade della stanza quindi abbiamo potuto utilizzare divano per appoggiare valigie).

Överlag jättebra! Personalen är trevlig och hjälpsam. På morgonen serveras en enklare frukostbuffé. Även närheten till stranden och stadskärnan är ett stort plus.

Rummet var något litet. Jag hade ett rum med utsikt över ett fallfärdigt ruckel. Att sitta på balkongen var ingen höjdare. Hotellet har rum med utsikt över stadskärnan. Vid bokning! Se till att begära ett sådant rum.

Poteva andar meglio.

Vicinanza al bellissimo lungomare. Colazione compresa varia, buona ed in quantità. Grande disponibilità dell'host che parla e capisce anche l'italiano. Parcheggio disponibile nella struttura. Pulizia degli spazi comuni.

Mancanza di ascensore, con conseguente difficoltà per salire i bagagli, piccole dimensioni della camera, mancanza di appoggi nel bagno e di abat-jour in camera, doccia con box semiaperto, terrazzino su interno indecente.
