Okay, but some false advertising.

Clean enough, spacious as well. Access to food streets and a short walk to the corniche.

The photos gave the impression that you could just hop down to the beach but this was obviously not the case. It's a bit of a walk down. The view isnt great because its blocked by buildings. No elevator access so be prepared to carry your luggage up several flights. They tell you to pay cash for rent on arrival because the charge on booking.com does not go through apparently. It hasn't gone through for me yet, so its safe to say that's not a scam.

When we arrived there was no one there to meet us. In fact didn’t see anyone in their office in the whole time we were there. Rang the contact number without any reply. Ended up leaving payment for room fee in our room.

the blanket seemed old and used. but clean. You also have a clean sheet to put under the blanket so that you sleep confortably.

Building itself run down, construction in corridors No reception. Nowhere to leave luggage before checking in or checking out. No staff present at anytime - had to WhatsApp for everything. Very poor wifi.

Lots of stairs (86 steps to the room) and it took a few hours to have hot water. Also the sofa bed was impossible to use cause it was very narrow, enough for 1 small children

Clean and modern room

The lack of staff availability. There is no reception. I had to search around the landings to find someone. It is not very secure as anyone can walk from the street to the rooms. Plus my balcony door would not lock and therefore the room was not secure. It was very difficult to get this sorted, as the staff on site did not speak English and had to call someone else on their phone for me to speak to who just advised to leave my stuff in the room and sure it will be okay. Whilst the room is decent and tidy, the experience was stressful.

Superb location as only 5 mins walk down to the beach and beautiful sea view from the balcony. Wonderful spacious room with clean linen and toiletries provided. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

Would have been good to have a kettle with tea and coffee provided. The shower glass barely covered the shower so most of the bathroom would turn into a swimming pool when you showered!! This wasn’t a problem in the heat as everything dried quickly but was a bit of a slip hazard when you wanted to use the bathroom straight after.

The bed is comfortable, and good location.

Our room was in the 4th floor, without elevator. The shower cabine is not fully closed, so every time we use the shower, all the floor gets wet. Also, we had to wait for 15 minutes in the sun, before the reception guy arrives and gives us the keys.

Breathtaking views with a perfect location.

The location was absolutely perfect, just steps from the beach, with beautiful views of the boardwalk and water. The hotel itself was modern and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and stylish atmosphere. The facilities were excellent, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A wonderful experience overall, I’d definitely recommend it!

The bed was a bit firmer than I prefer but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment of the visit.

Great value modern hotel with amazing sea view

Clean modern apartment room with amazing balcony and stunning sea views. Very well situated, only 5 minutes walk down to the promenade - but beware lots of steps up to the apartment! Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels which was much appreciated. Comfy bed and the bathroom was beautiful and new. Overall a great room for a great price - would definitely recommend

The room could do with a few extra touches such as some towel hooks, a desk/table in the bedroom to lay things down on, soap dispenser/soap tray, a mirror in the bedroom. It can be noisy at night as it’s close to a busy road. The lack of shower curtain/shower door in the bathroom turned it into a bit of a wet room which wasn’t the most practical.

Cheap, great view but the rest was not that good

The view was great!

The room was quite small and not clean. On the second day, the housekeeper broke a glass, and the tiny pieces remained uncleaned. They were left to be swept for two entire days without any action. I even cut myself while taking a bath. The shower is poorly designed, flooding the entire bathroom in a matter of seconds. There’s nothing you can do about it.

Great room but slightly confusing setup.

My first experience of the hotel was rather puzzled. There was no reception, only a little inlet with a sign with a number and bike leaned back in the same area. I called the number and my door card was in a little grid thing on the right. They had decided to give me the sea view room and it really was an impressive view, after some hefty climbing. The WiFi password was clearly indicated in the corridor. The room was very clean, I am aware they had been renovating. The lighting chosen is very atmospheric but the switches didn't seem to work exactly as the options seemed to indicate they should, but I got the hang of it, maybe teething issues?? The bed was comfy and the curtains fully blocked out the light. The bathroom was very good and shampoo and hairdryer were provided. The fully separate shop (in what I believe before was the reception) was a family business so I paid there in the end and they were good enough to pass me a bottle of water. A little more information would have been useful before I got there (what if I hadn't got a SIM at the airport?) and the relatives in the shop don't speak English so it was hard for them to communicate the confusing situation. In the room some more information about the area (since there wasn't a reception to display this) would have been nice but maybe this is a finishing touch after the refurbishment. It was a very nice room, with a balcony. There didn't appear to be a lift, so if there are any fitness issues, this might have been an issue since it's already quite a few steps up from the coast.

Nice family owned hotel with great views

Good location. Attentive staff. Very nice people. Our luggage was carried up 4 flight of stairs for us!

There were coffee cups in the room but no spoons and no way to make coffee. Unless the door was locked, it would not stay closed. There were random hairs around the bathroom tiles.

The location is good and the room had a good view. It was also very clean and the staff was friendly. Having a parking lot meant a lot to us.

disappointed for the paid money

It has problems with water pressure, and it didn’t have outlet for my laptop charger, so i had to take out mini fridge, to be able to plug in my laptop charger. (however for mobile phones and other small chargers there were 2 or 4 outlets) we paid a little extra for the “lux with balcony and sea view”, however from the room we only had a view on other hotel windows and construction works (which started early morning). room has long balcony, and you only have sea view from the right side of that long balcony, but not from the room . As i understand this is problem for 1 of 4 rooms on the floor, as we saw other room had nice sea view directly from the room. no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee all in all you can find better options in Sarandë for half price of this hotel, however we enjoyed cleanness

Decent stay for a few nights in Sarande.

We stayed here for a few nights, the rooms are new, modern and matching the pictures. The view is pretty decent from the balcony (but it lacks privacy). The soft bed is relatively comfortable.

There were a few problems, such as hot water running out while taking a shower; few cleanliness issues, room left open while cleaning, no lift and parking on the main road - but overall Netsi - poor lad was running around solving all of them, so thanks for that 😊 No major complaints, it was fine.

Great location

The hotel is new and super clean, very close to the walking promenade with all the restaurants.

The check in was a bit odd. There isn't a clear sign on the hotel that's on the street level, there's one on top of the building, but that doesn't help when you're checking in. The small area where the registration area was closed when I arrived...so I wandered up and down the stairs trying to find reception, which didn't exist. I ended up calling the number provided and someone came quickly to check me in and collect payment.

Romantic room with a beautiful view

Killer view, exactly as in the pictures. Comfortable bed and modern furniture. Really liked the different lighting options which contributed to creating different ambiences. Antonio, the owner, was super accommodating with us allowing a late check out and providing a separate room that my girlfriend used as an office. We really loved his hospitality!

We knew there was no elevator, so it was not a big deal for us. A small detail they could improve would be to put a curtain in the shower so one doesn’t make a mess when showering.

New, nicely decorated, clean rooms in chaotic Sarande.

Nice location, very central, 3 minutes walk from the promenade (walk includes stairs). New building, nicely decorated rooms, view was pleasant even from the first floor that we were located. Nice balcony for a morning coffee. Good air-conditioning, nice bedding and bathroom, very efficient small cooler in the room. Very pleasant and polite owner, excellent communication, very accommodating. A good choice for a short stay in Sarande.

It is not really a hotel, as we did not see any common spaces that could justify the title, however this did not bother us at all for one night, as we had to leave early and did not want to have breakfast. For a longer stay though, one would have to go down to the seafront to another place for breakfast. We had to bring our luggage up one floor by stairs, not sure if there is a lift for higher floors, we did not see any. Last, the city is very noisy, and in the morning some of that noise came into the room, but it was not too much of a problem. Maybe it is better in higher floors.

Good hotel managed by a kind family.next to Saranda beach and 5 min walk from bus station Good room size and nice decor.

I could not sleep at all during my second night because there was a big group of teenagers staying at the hotel and they spent the night slamming doors,loud voices, from one room to the other and up and down the upstairs. Real pity that behaviours were allowed No place where to hang the towel in the bathroom. Bath screen too small. Lamps are dusty

Central & modern room with ocean views

Beautiful & modern room in the center of Saranda with ocean views. The promenade with many restaurants is just a 3 min walk away. Very friendly and attentive owners and staff. Free parking in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!
