I definitely recommend this place!

Breakfasts were fantastic — served on the rooftop with a beautiful sea view, which made every morning special. The location was also excellent, and I’d like to especially praise the hotel staff. Since there were no available parking spaces nearby (it’s a very busy street), I had to leave my car temporarily behind other hotel vehicles. The staff kindly assured me they would move it once a spot opened up — and just two hours later, they called me, handed back my keys, and my car was already properly parked.

Great spot ! For stay, and restaurants and shopping.

Perfect location! Just park ur car and walk around the streets(They are narrow streets). All the beach side pubs and restaurants are just walkable distance! The best thing o likes is their complementary breakfast! Too many varieties of dishes served. We had a hearty breakfast, good enough to not feel hungry until the boat tour was over at 4pm . Too good ! Fresh food! Rooms are cozy and big ! Bathrooms too. Staffs are very welcoming. But they don’t understand English.😬 All the boat tour operations start near this property. So just walk around to find good boat tours .

Great value for money

Very friendly and helpful staff. The owner gave us some great tips on restaurants to try. Also, the breakfast was amazing with an incredible view on the rooftop.

Parking is free and available if you let the hotel know ahead of time. Unfortunately, we parked in the wrong spot (which was not in front of the hotel) for the first two nights and we were notified that we received fines when we returned the car.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

A very warm welcome from the outset. Louisa on reception was fantastic and so lovely. In fact, all the staff were very friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and the air con worked with no problems. The breakfast was also lovely with a nice variety of things to eat.

The only thing is the bracket to hold the shower was ineffective so had to put it down to lather then hold it in hand to rinse. Other than that, everything else in the bathroom was fine.

Did its job, but we didn’t stay there each day any longer than we needed to.

The interior of the buildings and rooms were very classy. Easy 10 second walk to the most popular part of waterfront entertainment in Sarandë.

Washroom smelled like sewage. Property was right next to a rooftop nightclub so not ideal for early sleepers or young families. Parking was also very tough to obtain since it’s on a busy street near the waterfront.

For a 4 star it was dismal.No bin in the room .No glasses in the bathroom .No area to hang hand towels .No hand soap .

Good stay but strange shortcomings.

The location was very good. The breakfast was fine.

Lack of attention to detail. There were no glasses in the room not even for teeth brushing. There was no soap in the bathroom and no shampoo the first night. I found only one plugin for electricity and it was in the bathroom until I saw a second one in the middle of the bed when I was leaving.

Things were awful.

all most everything in room was broken Shower door,,, the unit that held the shoer head sink was a problem No Wifi ..or it never worked .TV didnt work on the day I left they discover that the remote did not have batteries. for TV The manager .I was told would fix things...HE NEVER WAS THERE NEVER. everyone said he is coming I waited for two hours NO SHOW

Lokacioni ishte e vetmja pike pozitive ne kete qendrim.

Pavaresisht se ne foto hoteli duket qe nuk ka nje mobilim shume bashkekohor ne foto nuk jane te reflektuara problematikat duke filluar nga : 1. Dhoma nuk kishte shampo, sapun edhe madje as vend per te vendosur furcat( pervec dy miniaturave te cilat shkruani shampo dhe balsam ne 1) 2. Dollapi nga brenda ishte i mbeshtetur ne mur dhe muri ishte plot me lageshti, vinte arome te rende myku. 3. Sapo hyje ne dhome dukej nje dollap i vogel i cili ishte i shkeputur nga menteshat brenda te cilit ndodhej nje minifrigorifer dhe nuk kishte asnje uje apo dicka qe i perket minibarit. 4. Peshqirat ishin me ndotje buzekuqi dhe tualeti (pervec faktit qe ishin te vjeter, shume te konsumuar edhe jo te bute) 5. Mengjesi ishte shume larg nje mengjesi normal, cdogje qe morem nuk e konsumuam.Petullat ishin te pa skuqura nga brenda. 6. Parkingu nuk ishte i garantuar, na u tha se duhej te linim celesat per te levizur makinen nese nuk do te gjenin nje parkim vete. 7. E fundit por jo nga rendesia eshte se hoteli nuk i trajtonte ujerat e zeza.

the position of the hotel and the view was nice but expensive for what it offers

breakfast very simple and repeats every day, the toilet was very bad and the toilet seat was broken. after our vacation i forgot a cap which was very important for me in the room and i called the receptionist to get it back and they lied to me that the cap was not in the room

If your happy with cheap and cheerful this is for you but definitely not a 4 star

Location was good, albeit noisy at night due to it being very central.

We reserved the deluxe room, but it was not very deluxe. It was tiny and we could barely walk around the bed, the wardrobe space was non existent and it had no safe, so we asked to be moved to another room. The room they gave us was bigger but not great, the large mirror was off the wall and very dangerously put beside a vanity unit which you could not see out of ? The shower cubicle was tiny and anyone of big stature would struggle in there. The plug sockets were not secured into the walls and we only had 1 that we could get too as the second plug was behind the mirror unit which was not accessible. In 6 days we only had our room cleaned once and it was not really cleaned they made the bed and swept but our bathroom was not cleaned or sheets changed as we were at the beach etc daily this needed to be done more regularly. And again there was no safe in the room!! The breakfast was very nice, the lady working there was super helpful.

It’s very noisy during the night. Party outside all night. The power sockets in the room are very limited. Shower is unstable at the second floor. Breakfasts lady was very unfriendly. We found milk is sour. Delux room is smaller than standard double room.

The hotel is beautifully located on the boulevard. The hotel is clean and looks neat. Breakfast is very good. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a sea view. The staff is very helpful. We didn’t have enough power outlets, but after asking, they arranged a power strip for us. We also received assistance with parking due to the crowds. Definitely recommended.

The best location with amazing views.

The location could not have been better. . Views were amazing. The hotel was very clean. Staff were efficient and friendly. Good value for money and I would recommend staying here.

We read some bad reviews regarding some of the breakfast items not been correctly kept, temperature wise. For this reason we didn't try breakfast but instead we are out. I couldn't clarify if breakfast was good or bad as we didn't want to risk being ill on holiday. I read these reviews prior to booking but still booked as the location of the hotel with the views is what I booked for.
