One of the best boutique hotels i’ve ever been. I book the suite. The classic-baroque architecture and the details of the room and hotel are amazing. I will definitely come again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Luxurious Clean and well located. Attention to detail. Great interior design. Luxurious towels , bathrobe,bed linen. Delicious breakfast. Coffee and drinks from the bar. Great staff who could not do enough for you. Very helpful owner/ manager. Just all round boutique and charming. Would stay again and certainly recommend.

The bed was very comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. We had an issue (unrelated to the hotel) and the manager helped us to solve it very quickly. Really nice great staff!!

The rooms are not incredibly big- but the bed makes up for it.

We made the mistake to book this hotel fooled by the reviews and photos published in booking.com probably all paid for. The room we booked was a deluxe room at a price of 135€ per night at the beginning of May. On our arrival they showed us the room. The room was much smaller than advertised in booking.com - so small that we struggled to open our suitcase. The windows were looking to a wall situated 1 m away and to the geysers on the roof of the building next door. The room was advertised as having a private terrace - they forgot to mention that the terrace was accessible via the main corridor and that every guest in the hotel could access it and therefore look directly into the room. The bed, again, was smaller than what was advertised. The bathroom was so small that after a shower the entire bathroom was wet and like a swimming pool. All deluxe. When we asked the reception lady for another room she showed as a standard room and a superior room. Then she called the owner to ask if she can move us to the superior room. The owner apparently agreed. Then after we had moved into the room the lady came back asking for an additional 100€ for 2 nights - even though the price diference of the rooms is 10€ per night. After that the owner arrived to the hotel. She sat at the reception desk and called us like if we were waiting at immigration. When we explained the situation to her, she responded very condescendingly and told us that we don't understand old buildings. She also told us that we should have read the description on booking.com properly. This was ironic given the number of falsely advertised room details - including, size of bed, size of room and private terrace (see above). We told her that we prefer to cancel the last 2 days since we were not going to be happy after the service we had received and she responded defensively that the cancellation policy is 2 weeks and that if we don't pay she will get our money from booking.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Misrepresented room description, no “city view” but the back of a building and large pipe. Manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. We left the property immediately.

La Fe has been one of our fave accoms - great vibe. Whilst it’s a little back from the sea/esplanade, it’s only a minute walk away. Calm, beautiful styling and the loveliest breakfast ever with view of the sea. Defs would recommend.

This is a true boutique hotel tucked away in the old town - surprisingly quiet given that the main street is just a few steps away. The interiors are beautifully decorated with great attention to detail, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious - one of the best we had in Albania.

We had a truly lovely four-night stay at La Fe Boutique Hotel. The proprietor and staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. They were so accommodating—especially when we needed help finding parking on a crowded street. Our room was spotless and the location was terrific. La Fe was a great find and we recommend it!

Some noise from the street at night, we were the only guests, which was a bit unusual, price was at the upper end of what we paid in Albania. Overall Saranda was too touristy for us.

The building and its beauty was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the suite which was absolutely stunning with fabulous balcony views, the decor & bedding was second to none and we loved our stay. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Highly recommended😊

During our ten-day trip to Albania, every other hotel exemplified hospitality. Unfortunately, LaFe was the exception. We booked a standard room two days in advance, and the reservation was confirmed. Shortly before our arrival, we received an email stating that the CVV number for our credit card had not been provided (though this was not requested during booking) and that our reservation could not be guaranteed. When we arrived, there was no warm welcome. Instead, we were curtly told to pay for the room immediately or leave, citing past issues with other guests. Tired from our journey, we complied. Upon departure, we were interrogated about minibar use and instructed to wait until staff verified that nothing had been taken. Only after confirmation were we allowed to leave. This stay stood out as the sole negative experience across four trips to Albania. The hotel manager, who appears not to be Albanian, created a tense atmosphere. While the four Indonesian staff members were kind, they seemed nervous. The reception and breakfast room were freezing—unheated in late December, possibly due to low occupancy—symbolizing the overall discomfort of the stay.

The employees were the best. Appreciate everything they did for us!!!

Sauberkeit, moderne Ausstattung, bequemes Bett, aufmerksames Personal, Top Lage, Level of Detail Klasse.

Unser Zimmer (001), war sehr klein, sehr hellhörig, da es wie auch Zimmer 2 im selben Bereich wie die Küche ist, sprich ab morgens ca 5:30 Uhr hört man wie eingedeckt wird. Das Bad in unserem Zimmer war auch extrem klein, verstehen nicht wieso man ein Riesen Waschbecken verbaut sodass auf der Toilette kaum Platz ist. Etwas unlogisch. Es werden vom Hotel auch keine Strandtücher vergeben obwohl der Ort einen eigenen öffentlichen Strand hat.

Todo. Es impecable. Todo de primera calidad.

Nada. Tal vez que muchas habitaciones no tienen vistas, porque todas (creo que son 6 o 7 hab.) está en el 1er piso y hay edificios pegados. Pero lo compensa con todo el resto.

Localização e limpeza

No 1 pequeno almoço os fritos que colocaram na mesa estavam tão duros que não conseguimos comer. Talvez até fossem do dia anterior. Estavam impossíveis de mastigar de duros. No dia seguinte já estavam comestíveis mas ainda assim, não estavam acabados de comer como tivemos noutros alojamentos até mais baratos. Também numa das noites, de regresso ao hotel, optamos por sentar cá fora nas mesas. O objectivo era beber qualquer coisa antes de entrar e subir para o quarto. As funcionárias viram mas ninguém nos foi atender. Ou seja, o local está muito bem localizado e é limpo, mas está gerido de forma pouco profissional. São duas meninas muito simpáticas , balinesas, que fazem o possível … mas o possível é apenas o suficiente. Contudo tenho de destacar a amabilidade destas que fizeram a nossa cama (quarto twin), para quarto duplo (camas juntas ).

mehr Haken für Handtücher/Strandklamotten wären super, eventuell auch ein Safe, und die Dachterrasse könnte man an das sonst so stilvolle Ambiente anpassen.

Het hotel was erg mooi. Inrichting was echt top, het bed was echt heel fijn. Het was schoon, en wat fijn was is dat ze badjasjes hadden. De amenities waren ook super. Wat ook altijd top is dat de televisie ook goed werkt naar toebehoren.

In mijn boeking stond dat de parkeerplaats inclusief was. ( ik ben zelf werkzaam geweest in een 5* hotel, dus ik ga ervan uit dat dit dan zo is) nu bleek het toch 15 euro per dag te zijn. Terwijl wij in het binnenland bij het hotel gratis konden parkeren. Dus wij zijn de rest van de dagen 2 plekken opgeschoven, dit was gratis. We hadden een kamer naast de keuken, dus elke ochtend rond 06:30 werden we wakker met de geur van ei en bacon en verbrandde toast.Ik denk een afzuigsysteem aangesloten op de airco? Het was niet best. Verder stonk het putje van de wasbak mega erg , hier werd ook niks mee gedaan. Ze bieden een minibar aan, met prestige producten, zoals Moët, maar geen wijnglazen oid. Terwijl je wel €30 voor een klein mini flesje champagne vraagt, dan moet je als receptioniste ook wel weten waar de wijnglazen staan. Daarnaast op de een na laatste dag, toen wij even aan het chillen waren op de kamer, kwam er een klein mannetje de kamer binnen gelopen. Dit was denk ik kindje van de kamer tegenover ons. Hij kon zo met zijn pasje de kamer binnen. Ik had dit aangegeven bij de receptie, maar er kwam geen excuses vanaf.

A pesar de tener contratado el servicio de parking en la estancia nos quisieron cobrar el último día de estacionamiento por 50 €. Tuvimos que enseñar las condiciones del hotel en la página de reserva de booking para no pagarlo, entendemos que se trató de un error.

Es war eine der schönsten Hotels die wir jemals besucht haben! Eine tolle Lage, das Personal war äußerst höflich und engagiert und das Frühstück war das beste welches wir jemals gegessen haben! Ich würde es jedem empfehlen! Danke nochmal an die Mädels ihr wart spitze! Sie haben uns alle Wünsche inklusive einem Parkplatz direkt an der Meile erfüllt!

Das Zimmer war sehr klein aber das konnten wir bereits in der Anzeige erkennen.
