El personal fue super proactivo, incluso sin poder comunicarnos con ellos, tomaron la decision de que ibamos a estar mejor en otro tipo de habitacion, se pusieron en nuestro lugar y gestionaron todo para que nuestro grupo estuviese comodo, incluso cuando fue una reserva del misom dia y ellos tenian alta ocupacion. El personal de la playa tambien estuvo super atento a nosotros y nos atendió super bien. Espacio par estacionar y todo super a la mano

El desayuno es hsata las 9:30 am, incluso los fines de semana, sería lo unico, pues aveces uno de vacaciones se trata de despertar mas tarde. Pero esto es solo por poner algo, pues cuando llegamos a las 9:25 al comedor igual alcanzamos a comer algo y nos permitieron estar alli.

Clean and beautiful rooms. The private beach is a huge bonus. Parking available. Breakfast is alright. Staff has been very nice. Area is quieter than some others in town.

We booked a room with ocean view. The photos and room description showed a front sea view room. We had side sea view - the room was great and of course still a good view but it would be nice if the room/view matches the description.

Our stay at Residence Saranda International was truly wonderful. Everything exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and offered a great variety every morning. The location was excellent and peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we needed. What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming and always happy to help. We especially appreciated being allowed to use a shower after check-out before our afternoon departure. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made a real difference. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to return in the future!

Good breakfast and polite lady who give us breakfast. View is amazing and hotel is on the beach so you can hear sea sound.

It supposed to be the best accomodation we booked in albania but it doesn't worth this money. It is too expensive for what they offer. When we came in apartment we couldn't believe it looks like it has not finished. Light in room didn't work, we didn't have detergent and spounge in kitchen to clean dishes, you can't open kitchen cupboard because of window. When you take a shower all bathroom is wet and you can't use it anymore. In other bathroom we didn't want to take a shower because of safety reason, heather is above you. Some stuffs are broken and just left like that for people to use it.
