Great view

The view from the room in beautiful, the room is spacious as is the bathroom. The sun beds and umbrella are a plus, need to have a hotel with private beach, there are not many public beaches in Saranda,

the space for the breakfast buffet is a bit small, could improve the breakfast

Second day, me and my girlfriend came back to our room in the evening, wanting to refresh ourselves with a nice shower,

Room was nice, receptionist was friendly and kind.

Price, 185,00€ per night is quite too much for what you get.

The location had a great view!

In the apartment we stayed in, in one of the rooms an entire wall was full of mould. In other rooms there was mould but on smaller areas.

Great value!

The hotel's private beach has a great structure with the beach chairs, showers, water dispenser, bathrooms and a bar. The bathroom on our room was really spacious and the room in general is pretty neat, great value. Locations is great, there is a supermarket right by the main street close to the hotel and a lot of different restaurant options as well as a bus stop if you want to go to Ksamil or go back to the city center. We had a problem with our A/C and it was promptly solved by the staff, they gave us another room with an even better view.

The wifi is not very reliable, sometimes would stop working for a little while. It doesn't seem like a hotel issue but rather a country issue, but it is worth noting anyways. The reception and breakfast are in another building that is going up a little hill which is not ideal but definitely not a big deal as well.

Saranda’s best place for livng near the beach

This place is amazing! Residence building located closer to the sea in few meters from the beach. Seaview is stunning . Room has all required appliances for comfortable living. Minimarket is 1 block up (a few min walk)

Breakfast is so pure, after first day we never back to breakfast. Better to cook by yourself. At least can make good coffee this way

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

Good location if you dont want to stay in the city center. Its quiet and very clean.

The room in it self was nice, but it was a problem with the water from the very first day. Took forever to take a shower and after two days we had almost no water, and decided to call the reception. They told us they would fix it, but didn’t, and the day after we had no water at all. Either in the sink or in the shower. We told them that we wanted to check in at another hotel, but then they said they would fix it in very short time. It didn’t happen. They didn’t even call us to give feedback or ask if we had got water back. We had to buy water bottles for showering. We asked for a discount or money back - but said that the owner wouldn’t allow this. As a hotel, acting serious about their guests, some sort of arrangement should have been made when it comes to basic hygienic needs. Pretty disappointed about the service. Btw, there was also birds nest at the balcony which makes it pretty dirty outside.

We had a very nice and comfortable stay

Very nice property. Very clean and proper. The staff were awesome, friendly, smiling, patient, helpful, accommodating etc. A special shout out and thanks to Arvinta and Vinardo. Wonderful people and so warm and helpful. We had our own private beach and we had a couple of umbrellas reserved for us.

All very good. Better when it's properly up and running.

Location's great. Right on the sea. Three kms from town. The staff are great, really good English and really attentive/helpful. Room was also really nice, up on the 6th floor, overlooking the water. Breakfast was good too – lots of it.

It's just not finished yet, that's all. The situation of the buildings (there's another hotel completely unconnected to Saranda International and the Residence building built in-between) makes it hard to know where you're supposed to be. Otherwise, it's a great little place.

Too expencive

Good breakfast and polite lady who give us breakfast. View is amazing and hotel is on the beach so you can hear sea sound.

It supposed to be the best accomodation we booked in albania but it doesn't worth this money. It is too expensive for what they offer. When we came in apartment we couldn't believe it looks like it has not finished. Light in room didn't work, we didn't have detergent and spounge in kitchen to clean dishes, you can't open kitchen cupboard because of window. When you take a shower all bathroom is wet and you can't use it anymore. In other bathroom we didn't want to take a shower because of safety reason, heather is above you. Some stuffs are broken and just left like that for people to use it.

Miła i uprzejma obsługa oraz bliskość morza.

Byliśmy w obiekcie z rodziną (3 osoby). Pobyt odbywał się w sezonie zimowym (styczeń) i byliśmy jedynymi gośćmi w hotelu. Nasze doświadczenie odbiegało od opisów obiektu oraz opinii innych gości. Obiekt jest niejasno opisany – mimo lokalizacji przy morzu, zameldowanie odbywa się w innym budynku, co nie jest wyraźnie zaznaczone i utrudnia trafienie na miejsce. Pomimo informacji o płatności kartą, możliwa była wyłącznie płatność gotówką, mimo że terminal był dostępny. Obsługa była miła i uprzejma (dostaliśmy wodę na powitanie), jednak warunki pobytu były słabe. W pokoju i łazience było zimno, w prysznicu była zimna woda, a odpływ był zapchany, przez co woda wylewała się na całą łazienkę. Wyposażenie pokoju było bardzo podstawowe – brak nawet szklanek. Śniadanie odbywa się w innym budynku po drugiej stronie ulicy, do którego trzeba dojść pod górę. Nie było bufetu – podano bardzo skromny zestaw. Po prośbie o dokładkę doniesiono minimalną ilość jedzenia. Cena pobytu była wysoka w stosunku do standardu obiektu oraz do faktu, że na śniadanie trzeba było przechodzić do innego budynku. Uważam, że w sezonie zimowym zakres usług powinien być jasno opisany przy ofertach bezzwrotnych.

Это замечательное место с прекрасным видом на море! Нам очень понравилось , особенно официант с Филлипин( имя забыли) очень хорошо помогал нам, все объяснял 🤩

Alles top! Wunderschöner Privatstrand mit ausreichend Liegen und Strandbar, sicherer Privatparkplatz, super saubere Zimmer mit Meerblick und ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Viele Restaurants und Cafés in direkter Nähe. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. wenn Saranda, dann nur Residence Saranda International😊

Udany pobyt

Hotel bardzo fajny. Pokój w Residence Saranda International na 5 piętrze z cudownym widokiem na morze bezpośrednio przy plaży (nie mylić z Hotelem Saranda International - to inny budynek nieco wyżej nie przy plaży). Pokój duży, wygodne łóżka, balkon, klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze, duża łazienka z prysznicem. Pokoje sprzątane codziennie z dużą starannością. Śniadania smaczne, jajka, kiełbaski, sery, do tego smaczne ciasta, śniadanie na prawdę ok. Kawa śniadaniowa słaba, ale za 2 eur na zamówienie pyszna z kawa ekspresu. Obsługa ok, personel sprzątający bardzo miły, pozostali ok - Albański temperament, jednak wszystko poprawnie bez żadnych problemow. Wieczorem w barze na zawołanie również zostaliśmy obsłużeni przez ekipę z recepcji. Trzeba było ich zawsze poszukać, alw rozumiem że mieli inne główne zadania. Jeżeli oczekujesz obsługi kelnerskiej - znajdziesz ją w pobliskich barach i restauracjach oddalonych o 50m :) Plaża znakomita, dla gości hotelowych, czysta, bez problemu znajdowaliśmy leżaki i to w wysokim sezonie. Jeżeli chcecie korzystać z własnwj plaży i słońca ten hotel to bardzo dobry wybór. Okolica spokojniejsza niż Wlora czy Ksamil, ale w zasiętu 100m dużo knajpek, barów i 2 sklepy spożywcze z normalnymi cenami. Z pobytu jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy wszystkim. Mieliśmy pokój nr 109.
