    I stayed 1 night at the end of high season and was placed in a room on the first floor behind reception. It was quiet, clean and comfy. I was warmly greeted upon check-in. The view from my room was unbelievable - however, there are floodlights overlooking the parking area and patio that shone into the room BRIGHT all night long. I had to close the black-out curtains to sleep and thus blocking the amazing view that is visible from the bed. The breakfast was included and there a nice assortment of food-stuffs to appeal to every taste. Again, warm staff, clean and comfy at the end of the season (Oct).
