Great place to stay!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean and very spacious, and the private pool area was fantastic with a great view. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff were all so friendly. A special thanks Ester at reception and Gentiliano at the restaurant, who were both amazing. The area is great and only about a 5 minute walk to the promenade. Would definitely stay again!

The hotel amenities are great! Quite modern restaurant/bar area. Perfect location! You get walking everywhere. Close drive to the port. Great small private beach and lovely set up of sun beds to just jump to the water. Breakfast buffet was 10/10.

Room was a bit old for the feeling of the rest of the hotel. Our room was located on the lobby floor, but other floors do have more modern rooms.

An amazing experience with superb staff and great view!

The standard of presentation was consistently good throughout, from the reception, through to restaurant, pool area and then the rooms too. The service from every single staff member starting with exceptionally friendly reception lady (sorry can’t remember her name) through to the cleaners, waiters etc - they bring the whole experience together.

Our door handle (new rooms for this season) was tempromental when it came to locking, which we reported to ensure they fix. The modern system with digital door bells, alarms for waking, etc are great but just need to be explained for some people.

Regarding the property was nice and everything same has the pictures, the room are small but but you have enough space for 2 people, the food are very nice. They have a little dog at the entrance was very cute.

They asked me for tax has they say all of the hotel ask for tax in Albania, I been more 3 hotels none of them asked for that.. I think just a way to get more money lol

Lovely hotel - beautiful terrace for breakfast and evening meals if you want to dine there too. I didn't see any photos of this prior but it was beautifully landscaped and built all around a large tree! The pool is small but right on the beach, and only 2 pebbly steps to the sea. WEAR water shoes as there are sea urchins! the breakfast was the most lovely of all we had on our travels all over Albania. This hotel was really lovely. Sarande was busier than we expected and more commercialised, however this hotel is in a good spot, just a short walk from the port with lots of good restaurants around so I would definitely stay here again. There is a family-run feel around the restaurant.

We had a car and parking was a bit of a mare as never any spaces OR they were super tight to get into - it's a busy road! Next door apartments seem to have empty parking lot so I would have preferred to park there for a small fee and less hassle every time we arrived/departed from hotel! Otherwise loved the hotel.

Doesn’t worth the amount you pay

Location was good and the rooms on the ground floor had direct access to the pool

Cleanliness standards were low. Rooms were not very clean, the pool was dirty as if there is no water filter. We had a major issue when we checked in as the rooms we asked for and we’re confirmed earlier by the hotel we’re not available. We had to stay the first night in different floors which was not convenient since we are a family with kids. I would understand that issues might happen but the hotel manager was so careless, we called him on the phone since he was not in the hotel. he did not bother to say sorry or to offer any alternative option. We had to stay in the available rooms since it is high season and we can’t find any other rooms in the city. The manager promised us to call the next day when he comes to the hotel but he never bothers to call or do anything. Breakfast was very limited considering the amount we paid for the rooms. In general, I would understand such low standards and service when you are paying peanuts but paying around 240 euro per room per night in Saranda is a big amount and you would expect much more to be offers

Everything you need for a great stay. Location & facilities.

Great facilities with pool, sun beds, and great water views. Bathroom and rooms were spacious. The breakfast had a good variety. Staff were always hustling. and location is very close to the town.

There was a musty smell in room due to carpet as flooring and humidity and water facilities doesn’t help.

Didn't live up to the expectations

- The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. - Right across from an amazing traditional Albanian restaurant (T rumeza) - At least had a parking accommodation

- no real beach available, just a quay wall. - other hotel guests keep beds by the "beach" occupied, displaying their towels, even though they don't show up to actually lay there for hours - not enough parking available, so constantly moving and double parking the cars - the freezer turns off when the hotel card isn't inserted, so no cold water or other beverages - 'see view' means side sea view a lot of times. Which means barely seeing the see and mainly seeing a parking lot from a neighbouring hotel / overly crowded and noisy street - there are only seperate beds. When making a double they just move the beds closer. Meaning you will have to sleep with a huge gap in the middle - beds are extremely squeecky and very soft. I woke up with a huge pain in my back - wifi doesn't work in the rooms. So watching a movie late at night is not an option - old and small rooms, not as pictured on booking.com photos

Very good

Very close to the sea. Has a pretty little pebbly beach. Nice view, especially at night. Polite and friendly staff. Small but comfortable rooms with a terrace. All in all a nice place to enjoy a summer vacation.

There's a constant smell in the bathroom on the ground floor, but not too bad and doesn't come to the room if bathroom door is closed. Breakfast is always the same, although it's good and tasty. Parking can sometimes be a problem. A bit more expensive than in my opinion it should be.

Poor experience throughout

Nice sea view

. At check-in we were told the room we booked (the suite) was not available. During the stay the AC did not work, we were hot throughout each night and were just told that's how it is and that the AC was working...it wasn't. Bed was not comfortable. At check-out, they insisted we pay for the room we had reserved (the suite which is more expensive) even though we were given a smaller room. Will not be returning and it was not worth it.

The location of the hotel was good, they had a nice private pebble beach. The rooms were large with a great sea view and to Corfu. The bathroom was large and well stocked and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and well stocked.

Nous avons été super bien accueilli ! Le personnel est génial ! La chambre pour 3 était parfaitement adaptée et très spacieuse. La vue sur mer est juste époustouflante ! Et on est près de tout à pied

La piscine est très petite pour autant de monde et l’accès à la plage est un peu compliqué avec les rochers qui s’enfonce quand on veut en sortir. Les transats devraient être changés également ou nettoyer il y en avait qui était cassé et plusieurs personnes ont failli se faire mal car personne ne les avaient enlevé

La vue, la piscine et ses transats. La proximité avec le centre ville. Un petit déjeuné sous forme de buffet. Très copieux. À prendre en Terra se avec une belle vue.

La literie n’était pas confortable. Les matelas sont mous. Et la proximité de la cuisine cause des nuisances sonores jusqu’à tard le soir et recommande tôt le matin.

Fantastiskt med en infinitypool direkt utanför rummet. Otrolig utsikt. Mycket b ra frukost med utsikt över Medelhavet. Tillgång till badhandukar.

Inga sänglampor utan enbart taklampor. Extremt svårt att öppna o låsa rumsdörren. De borde justera eller byta låsen.

Prettig verblijf, erg tevreden

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Wij hadden de executive suite met jacuzzi. De kamer was heel mooi en ruim. Het balkon was enorm groot, uitzicht was waanzinnig en de jacuzzi was een perfecte aanvulling. We kregen elke dag schone handdoeken voor het zwembad of het strand. Het eten in Pupi Restaurant was heerlijk.

Jammer dat er geen badjassen beschikbaar waren. Ook geen tandenborstels en bodylotion. Er was wel shampoo/bodywash, conditioner en handzeep. Verder hebben we aangegeven dat een van de schuifdeuren eerst wel prima werkte, maar na een paar keer te gebben gebruikt, “op slot” kwam te zitten. Ondanks de hendel op de juiste manier werd gebruikt. Er zou naar gekeken worden, of dat is gebeurt weet ik niet. Het werkte in ieder geval niet meer.
