OMG - where do I begin? Loved EVERYTHING! We had a fab room - spacious, amazing views of beach and harbor. Great breakfasts. Most of all, the staff was over the top. I cannot recall ever reviewing such great service and I have traveled for decades for both work and leisure. Highly recommend this great hotel.

It was perfect.
This hotel was wonderful and I wish we had stayed more than one night. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome starting with the ice cream at check in! The balcony was beautiful and the views are beautiful.
The hot tub is a room by room feature not accessible to every guest.

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a really good location
We were celebrating our 10th wedding anniversary first in Sarande and then in Corfu. Our flight arrived to Corfu and from there we took a ferry to Sarande. The port was only about half a kilometer away, so we didn't even need a taxi since the trip from the port to the hotel was so short. Hotel Vale surprised us with beautiful decorations in our room and they also served a fruit platter and white wine into our room free of charge. Our balcony was very large and we had a wonderful view to the Ionian Sea. For the first time, we had a smart toilet in our hotel room and it was absolutely wonderful! In addition, there was a bakery downstairs in the hotel, and they also sold very delicious ice cream there. The hotel staff was very friendly, as were the Albanians elsewhere in Sarande. The location of the hotel was great; it was easy to go to the beach for a swim, because you only had to cross the street. And the bus stop was close to the hotel, so we also got to Butrint easily. The local Elvis bar was the nicest bar (best music for Elvis fans), and it was close, too. Hotel Vale was a great choice for a hotel! If we ever come back to Sarande, we will definitely choose the same hotel.

Everything was more than perfect from the time we checked in toll the day we checked out the people are so friendly and extremely helpful the room was perfect beyond the expectations the balcony was the best part of the whole trip it gaves us the best experience of seeing the beach the sunset and everything
