Perfect for what I needed. I had a small single room with the bathroom across the hall. The lovely Rob rang to check I had everything I needed. Great location close to town centre and very good value for money.
Maybe a little more information about the keys and what they opened would have been helpful.

Nothing really as I didn’t see anyone. I heard quite a lot of guest movement which was not appreciated especially after a long trip from London..
As above no meet and great at the property just my key left on the side for all to see who I was and what room I occupied.
I occupied the family room why was I excluded from a meal according to my booking form (providing there was a meal included?)
Two biscuits and beverage facility is not what one needs after some 10 hours travelling.
