It was very clean and well appointed and the owner seemed to be around a lot. It is centrally located with a big Aldi and a big Tesco nearby and the town centre. Also only 12 minutes from the Parkrun start. The owner was full of suggestions for things to do.
Only minor quibble was the lack of toiletries for the shower . It is also 15-20 minutes from the train station but 2 minutes from the bus station.

It's located close to town centre but very quiet. Breakfast isn't included but there are a good number of options to have a breakfast in town centre. It's basic but have all we need and good enough for a couple of nights to stay.
I guess it's not only in this property but in the area but the water pressure seems low so that the shower is very weak.

The location of the property was brilliant. It was within walking distance of the centre and also had an Aldi just opposite and other supermarkets close by too. As it was off the main road there was not too much noise. The bedroom and bathroom were both spotless upon arrival and having the use of my own bathroom was also nice. Having spoken to John over the phone before arrival, he was very friendly and informative of places to eat and get something nearby.
It was not clear where I would have received water from if I needed to use the kettle. There was also no cutlery provided when it came to buying something from Aldi as they did also not supply any.
