Breakfast was always cooked fresh when arriving in the breakfast room. It was no problem getting more tea. Great location, as I could leave the car there in the evening and walk into town for evening meal.
As a woman I could have felt a bit vulnerable in the bedrooms in the annexe but was not worried as I knew Elgin

Helpful staff at breakfast & check-in. Was given a lower floor room due to the amount of bags I had. Lots of storage in the room. Not massive but plenty of room for one person.
Shower needed to be run for a very long time to get warm. Once there it was fine but I don't like wasting water.

Very clean, very goid breakfast , good shower
The last minute ( 30.mon befire arrival) change to the room i had booked specifically from a large family room with twin beds to quite a small room with one small double bed. I slept on mattress on floor which was very clean but was not a bed.
