Belleville B&B is homely and comfortable. My room suited my needs.
Donald, the proprietor, is an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. I enjoyed my chats with him.
My breakfast was served promptly and with a smile. I enjoyed the background serenade from Dean Martin!
Should I return to Elgin I would stay here again.
This is not a complaint I'm merely passing on a helpful note.
Parking opposite the B&B is limited. However, I found the perfect parking just behind the property at North College Street West. It's next to Elgin Museum. You can park overnight for a reasonable fee.
As far as the B&B is concerned - I have no complaints.

The location very convenient for the main High Street and close to the Cathedral. Don is a star and made us feel very welcome and made us a great breakfast. The bed and room was very comfortable and clean and was just what we needed for our visit.
The building could maybe do with a bit of a declutter, maybe an upgrade for the furniture in the bedroom, otherwise no complaints.

Off street parking.
Price.
No answer when I arrived.
Owner does not hear the phone, I called and a lady came down to let me in. I had provided an eta to the owner.
Lots of clutter both inside and outside the home, however, it was clean inside.
