Very kind hosts in a perfectly furnished house. The car collection truly amazed us. During our trip, this was the place where we felt the best, and we also had the most delicious meals in Elgin here. Where exactly? The hosts will tell you.
The atmosphere was wonderful — like traveling back in time — and it exceeded all our expectations. We wish them every success in the future.

The house dates from the 1850's and has great period features but still has good modern touches. Pete, the owner, is great and very welcoming. Nothing is too much for him in order to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Breakfast was outstanding with high quality ingredients. If ever we come back to the area, I would always check to see if Pete has a room available. I would recommend Kilmorie House to anyone. Great value for money.
