What an amazing b&b. Owners very friendly, helpful and available. Beautiful modern room & ensuite, very comfy bed. Breakfast superb and great value for money.

Hosts were lovely, breakfast was really good, location is great with just a short walk to centre and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would have no hesitation in going back if we are back up that way in the future.

The Pines is such a lovingly beautifully furnished Victorian house with quirky touches everywhere you looked . Our bedroom with its four poster bed was gorgeous.
