Very comfortable and clean.

Great location for us. We didn't actually meet any staff as we arrived quite late. We've stayed here before and love the room(6) Very clean and comfortable.

Good accomodation close to Elgin for a fair price

Good price-quality ratio. Decent room with very comfy beds. Friendly host. Breakfast was not included, but this was an advantage for us as it gave us more flexibility in our time-schedule.

The shared bathroom can be a bit crowded during morning rush hour, but most of the days this wasn't really a big problem.

Nice ensuite

Bed was small, uncomfortable as were pillows uncomfortable. Duvet cover was not good material making you very hot. Room was very clean, nice touch was biscuits. Instant coffee& tea provided.

Very clean property everything we need, comfortable & a quiet location, host was very helpful.

No breakfast but there are plenty of places to eat in Elgin 4 mins away, car park is small but we didn’t have a problem parking and if you do there are places on street to use if need to.

Not great,very disorganised

Found out in the morning we weren't booked in for breakfast,once we had a lot of talk with owner we got to share with the other members of our party, I have never booked a B&B with this system, plus we had to pay extra for what we did get, no one greeted us on arrival either where I feel the breakfast situation would of been resolved,there where 3 other members in our party who shared a family room and where greeted and asked about breakfast,and they paid less also for their stay, we only had 2 in our room and where charged an extra£16

Less road noise better windows and to be made aware of road noise. No breakfast unless booked or see the owner upon arrival.

Good value & comfortable stay

Our host made every effort to give us a good, comfortable stay with a great breakfast the following morning accommodating a gluten free requirement. Nice rooms & bathroom and very clean. Tight car park to rear. Reasonable price.

Do not stay in room 1

1st night was great but 2nd night got woke up at 5.30am to what sounds like upstairs was moving furniture and banging every door possible, this went on till 7.30

Hostess was very friendly. Property very nice and clean.

Bathroom small, especially if you are tall. Shower water pressure was very low, struggled to get the setting between too hot and cold. Can be noisy as property is on the main road.

The location of the accommodation is on a busy street in the city. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent and sufficient. The staff was nice and helpful. Just information for car owners, the parking is quite small behind the house. The entrance and parking is difficult for a larger car.

Outstanding!!

The staff (Pinpinat) very friendly and polite. I stayed here for 2 nights and was very well looked after. The rooms are beautifully furnished to a high spec and very clean. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and the options are plentiful from fruit, cereal & full cooked. I would highly recommend and will certainly be staying again.

Great price, easy to find, clean and comfortable. Car parking on the street opposite. No breakfast.

I arrived later than I intended and although they have it stated on their information that they close at 10pm, the husband (sorry, I don't know his name) stayed up and let me in, giving me a quick guided tour of my room and where the bathroom was.

I couldn't find the owners in the morning to say goodbye to, or to thank them for accommodating me even though I was late. I called out but no-one responded. It felt disrespectful to randomly open any of the doors to find them, so I just left.

A very reasonable and relaxing night in Elgin

Upon arrival I was greeted by a very warm and delightful Host who was amazing . I really liked my room , very comfortable and plenty of Tea and Coffee supplies. I must recommend the breakfast also , Very delicious indeed .

Convenient and spacious.

It was very convenient and the room met the standards of the photos. The lady that greeted us was lovely and made sure we were alright. We didn't have breakfast in the morning.

The extractor fan when on was a little loud, but once light was off for 10 minutes or so it went off.
