Great location and great breakfast with all facilities you need for a stay. Would stay again

Breakfast experience was great - Karen the manager was on duty and cooked breakfast to order - it was tasty and delicious. Nothing was too much trouble and would consider her an asset to the premises.

We arrived 45 mins before we had expected to so it may be as a result of this that the room was cold on arrival - the manager Karen was not on duty at the time. However the room did have all the facilities advertised.

High quality accommodation for reasonable outlay - great experience

Breakfast was exceptional with a good choice and all freshly made, in a nice relaxing area to enjoy it. The room was more spacious that I thought it would be and the bathroom was in clean and good working order. Blackout curtains were really good and meant that early light didn't wake us up. Car parking area was also quite large with plenty of room for everyone to get a space. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

A great place to stay when visiting Elgin

Location was great. We arrived early, but the rooms were ready and we could leave our car parked there. The rooms (and the whole house!) were very nice. Staff made us feel relaxed and comfortable during our stay. The breakfast was also delicious.

Lovely comfortable place to stay.

Lovely big rooms. Fantastic bathroom with big walk in shower. Beds were extremely comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that and because of that we didn’t really see much of anyone who worked or lived there.

This is the guest house to stay in.

The breakfast was excellent hot and filling, my room was huge and very comfortable, the en-suite shower was one of the best with a waterfall head or a standard shower head making the shower a very good wake up for a sleepy head! I loved the period features and the fact it had a fridge.

A very minor point which the owner addressed was the filter coffee was a little on the cool side. Apart from that everything was more than satisfactory.

It was a last minute find but we were completely satisfied with our accommodations. I would definitely stay again.

Everything, although one room we booked was a bit small but the other was great. It was clean and the facility was well-kept. It was walking distance to the town. There was breakfast available.
