good from start to finish.

good choices of breakfast and all cooked perfectly. the decor was very tasteful and the entire property is spotless. everything we needed in our room was there. a friendly welcome and help with bags makes an enormous difference and doesn't always happen. so 11/10 from me.

Our Elgin trip was fab

Very clean and comfortable guest house. Great location. Hosts were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was prepared to order and very tasty.

Although we had booked a room with bathroom outside, our host proposed us an other with bathroom inside what we could also choose. The quality of breakfast was the best one during our journey, really carefully prepared.

The owners were guarded friendly, the location was good, the shower was great. I found the bed comfortable, my husband did not.

There is zero sound proofing and the very loud couple next to us kept us up. The breakfast was fair but not great. The heat seems to be turned off at night so it gets cold. The TV does some sort of update or something at night and woke me up.
