Superb!

The host and staff were fantastic, breakfast was amazing, it varied each day and the lady serving it was wonderful. The room was lovely, very clean and spacious, with a lovely private seating area outside. There was a great pool with loungers, and the property was just a short walk from the lake.

A delightful short stay with the friendliest host you could wish to meet.

So much to like. The host and staff were fantastic. Breakfast was great and served in a lovely sunroom. So much choice and variety and willingness to please (epitomised by presenting me with a birthday cake on the appropriate day). Our room felt private and we had a lovely sunny courtyard to ourselves and use of a fabulous pool with loungers and shades.

TV wasn’t a Smart TV so, if that’s important for anyone, be aware!

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Miriam, we knew our stay was going to be a good one. Such a lovely place, our room was spotless and spacious, the pool area is private with plenty of room, the gardens are kept beautifully and the parking space was a real bonus. Breakfast is fresh and varied so caters for everyone, I loved the home made touches that were provided every morning. Location to Lake Garda was literally on the doorstep and we had a lovely view of it from our balcony. Thank you so much!

Lovely stay at Lake Garda

Very nice staff, the breakfast was homemade and diverse, we really felt at home. The garden and the pool is clean, and the lake is basically 2 minutes away on foot.:)

Nice place

The owner Miriam is really kind and helpful! The room is nice and the bed is comfortable (hard one is my favourite).

The only thing is that there is no elevator and there is a table outside of the room that decreases the privacy. Overall, cute place, little bit far from the bus station.

Sirmione for a family with small children

Good location,a bit far from Sirmione historical center,but this is why I have chosen this place. Great pool for the kids,and also adults Good breakfast Parking spot in front of the location and free! The parking in the center will leave a bad memory to your wallet 😉 Last but not least,the host us very friendly and helpful with information about the surroundings They speak English and German as I could observe and although I speak Italian it was very nice to see that some hosts respect their guests and try to communicate in other languages. A good overall experience!

Not necessarily a bad thing but it's worth mentioning:The pool closes at 7 p.m. If your children want to play, you should keep that in mind

This apartment was very clean at all, they cleaned it every day. The breakfast was very satisfying, the host was very kind, the environment is very beautiful. The garden, and the pool is also great. The beach is very close to the apartment.

We were disappointed a little bit that the pool can only be used until 7 PM. Maybe this could have been discussed, if we would have asked.

The place ir very very nice and hosts are very hospitable! Relaxing neighborhood. House is about 200 m till the Lago di Garda beach with beach bar and many activities on a water. You can relax also near the pool in the garden. 3 km till Sirmione Centro Storico. We appreciate possibility to visit centre, but live outside the tourist crowds. Would be nice to have bikes for rent at the property.

To soft bed mattress, a bit painful back in the morning after night rest. Squeking metal bed whan you are torning around during sleep. Broken door of the shower cabin - it asks for small repairing. But still-perfect place for rest and visiting Lago di Garda.

La camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Lo staff è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. La posizione è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. La colazione, varia e abbondante, si è rivelata davvero molto buona. La piscina, sempre pulita e tranquilla, è stata un ulteriore valore aggiunto per rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Super ruhige Gegend ohne viel Trubel

Die Lage ist perfekt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den See. Sehr nette Besitzer. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Der Pool einfach genial. Parkplatz konnte dazu gebucht werden. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ein nettes kleines B&B zum Wohlfühlen

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend nur wenige Meter vom See mit Strandbad entfernt. Es hat einen schönen Pool und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Vom oberen Stockwerk hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See. Das Frühstück ist reichlich. Die Betten waren bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Отдыхали семьей,занимали 3 номера. Поездка всем понравилась и «молодым» и «пожилым».Очень радушные хозяйка и персонал.Встречают как родных.Завтрак для Италии замечательный.Дом располагается рядом с пляжем и озером,есть где погулять и насладиться видами.Но до исторического центра далеко:нужна машина.Очень хороший вариант размещения для лета: есть бассейн и совсем рядом озеро.Все неплохо.

Очень сильная слышимость всего дома. Нам повезло с соседями,но если заедут шумные люди и дети,будет не спокойно.Кому важно:вместо телевизоров стоят маленькие мониторы,которые смотреть очень неудобно.
