Amazing holiday to Sirmione

Breakfast was adequate, amazing chocolate filled croissants! Lovely fresh watermelon and tomatoes every morning! Rooms and areas very clean. Reception staff were extremley friendly and helpful in advising and directing for tourist information in the area.

It was a shame that the room didnt look onto the pool but I knew that when I booked it and the receptionist took the time to explain why this was not possible which was good. There maybe could have been a little more choice of cereal for breakfast.

Great rooms for families and pleasantly surprised

The inside of the hotel has been refurbished to a high standard. Fully tiled walls, floors new bathrooms. The common areas are also fresh, bright and clean. Tasty and fresh pastries for breakfast (which was included). Option to upgrade to an apartment. Great rooms to fit a family of 4 (plenty of options). Staff were friendly and multi lingual. The hotel was a short walk away from a beach bar and the lake. Free parking outside with more underground. Table football and a pool for children. We felt relaxed walking around.

The outside of the building does not match the higher spec inside. There is a pool bar and inside bar but it is limited. There is a beach bar close by and the option to drive to restaurants.

Garda Gem

Our room was large and comfortable, the included breakfast was fantastic. All the hotel staff were great. Andreas and the ladies on reception were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the lake in a quiet area. 20 minutes easy walk into the centre with plenty of choice of restaurants. The pool is great. Bicycle hire was very reasonable and gave us the ability to explore.Would we stay again? Definitely.

There were no English language channels on the TV (no big deal as we were out most of the time). The hotel outside could do with a lick of paint.

Ok but prefer originality and personality

No refinement in any. Just ordinary, quiet and middle of the riad. The breakfast was quite eithout taste. No taste if Italy. Bread like bake-off and srambled from from a dunk. Juice without fruit, coffee without beans.

Superb

Location was perfect, quite, next to the Lake and few minutes away from Centre of Sirmione from where you can get Ferry to any of the places on lake Garda. Comfortable rooms, working kitchen, amazing pool for kids. Everything was super good. To top it all, free parking outside the hotel.

We would definitely come back. The staff, the breakfast, the feel of the place, the location was very nice. It was very family friendly, and it was fun to see a nice place that families could afford to come and stay.

I could not book double room for 2 adults' and child 3 years old because I got the answer that their policy is that if the child is 3 years old then triple room is required.

Clean and nice room, possibility to use a swimming pool.

For check in we had to leave our ID cards for pretty long time - with no understandable reason. So we went to the city without them - this is not good service, but other than that everything was nice.

very nice would definitely come back

good location and nicely renovated downstairs. our room was a bit dated but it was very clean, spacious and beds were very comfortable. staff were lovely and very wellcoming. night shift receptionist man was very nice and helpful. breakfast staff very smiley and were nice to see every morning before a long day out. bikes were good value for the day to hire and breakfast was on until a decent time so no need to wake up super early.

had to ask for hand soap and toilet paper. pool was freezing but maybe just the time of year.

Very good

Its a good place to base yourself with easy Bus access to Sirmione. The beach, nearby that gives to Lake Garda is really nice with a Beach side Bar which I recommend. We even walked to Sirmione the walk was really nice.

Fun & relaxing

We loved our room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool was never over crowded and there was always a sun bed available! I didn’t think we would spend days by the pool during our 8 nights but the kids loved it and we really enjoyed the relax time Our room was spotless clean and was cleaned everyday during our stay… The staff are very friendly and always happy to help

We found the hotel welcoming, clean and comfortable and provided us with a very relaxing stay.

Breakfast was excellent. Excellent swimming pool with lots of sun beds, parasols and shady spots to relax in.

Bathroom was in need of upgrading. A few sun beds needed replacing/repairing.

The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations honestly. It served more than the worth of our money. The room was plenty spacious and the view from the room was decent too. We loved the location as well. The hotel was steps away form the lake.

Everything about the place was excellent except for the bathroom. It was top-notch clean but there wasn't enough ventilation inside. It felt a bit suffocative.

A really lovely hotel, our room was exceptionally clean, air con, fridge, shower and balcony which overlooked the road. No issues with noise, did not hear a thing from other residents or the road. Pool area was lovely and clean, all staff lovely and helpful. Breakfast was great, good choice, would recommend as you would struggle to find anything nearby to eat in the mornings. Only a 10 minute walk to the bus into Sirmionie old town, a 5 minute walk to a lovely pebbly beach with paddleboards, sunbeds, boats etc to hire. The hotel is in a peaceful location, the nearest shopping area with restaurants is around a 10 minute walk away.

The double bed was a little on the hard side for me.
